Donald L., Nick H & Dillon B. were extremely professional and polite. Arrived promptly at 8 and worked through until the job was completed. And it is beautiful. Canâ t wait til we can try out the new walk-in shower! It makes the bathroom look so much bigger. Thanks to our sales guy Ken H. Too. He is such a great and knowledgeable guy to work with. This is the second time weâ ve used West Shore Home and Iâ d use them again.

We had a bathtub replaced with a handicapped-equipped walk-in shower. Rodney S. was the wonderful sales representative who met with us and even came on a Saturday to meet our work schedule. He listened to our needs, our choices, and did not attempt to talk us into doing anything or buying anything we didn't need. The cost of the project was reasonable and within our budget. On the day of installation, Rodney called and asked if the work crew had arrived and asked how everything was going and if we were pleased with the work thus far. He also asked that I send him photos of the completed job. We were pleased and surprised that the installation date was 4 weeks earlier than we had expected particularly with issues surrounding the shortage of building materials and shipping difficulties. The excellent work crew (Jacob S., Dakota W., and Brian S.) arrived around 9:00 A.M. on the day of scheduled installation and was finished with the total job by 5:30 P.M. that same day. I didn't think it could be done in one day but now I'm a believer! The work crew was professional, extremely skilled, organized, and task oriented. They took the necessary measures to protect areas of my house while bringing in and taking out materials and did a great clean-up job and removed all discarded materials from the premises. They consulted with me during several phases of the installation to ask my opinions and if I was satisfied with the job at those various stages. During the installation, an electrician was needed and Jacob called the office and got one sent to my home right away. We can't believe how beautiful our new shower is and how much safer it will be for our use. I would recommend West Shore Home and their competent and friendly staff to anyone needing a shower installation.

West Shore Home did a fabulous job. Salesman was easy to work with. We got scheduled in a perfect amount of time. Torin , Peter and Alley were fantastic! Got here on time and finished in 1 day. Iâ d have them do work for me again anytime.

Brandon & Brett were very knowledgeable about my specific install. Definitely could tell they had many years of experience between the 2 of them as they were done w/everything in less than 7 hours.

Had a new walk-in shower installed. The job was done exactly as promised and completed in less than a week after I ordered it. The installation was done in one day. I cannot say enough good things about the installers. Torin, Pete and Dillon were very professional as well as being personable and friendly. They took great care keeping my house clean and they took the time to explain the work to me. They did a beautiful job and I love my new shower.

Shawn & Chris work well together they don't let a problem get in their way. They ran into two problems in my home they walk outside put their heads together came back with a plan each time enough can't be said about these young men they can fabricate around the problem & the customer win. From the Sales team, photographer and installers themselves everyone was kind polite and professional. More than happy welcoming them into our home and will definitely return for home improvements in the future. Installers Torin and Peter were on point, knowledgeable and worked very swiftly while keeping us informed on every level. Could not be happier with this experience.

My mom and brother needed to have their bathtub replaced with a step in shower. Johnny, Brandon, and Brett came and did a great job with the installation. They came on time, answered all our questions, had to quickly catch up with a recent change order we had done with the main office in Mechanicsburg, and did the removal and install in a day. Everything was handled with efficiency. The installers who worked on our project were wonderful. We love the new shower. It is beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a shower install which is not one of the categories that I can pick from but that's what we had done it turned out beautiful absolutely love it it was done in less than 8 hours without any problems. Tyler S and Mike M we're great installers very professional polite kind courteous and did a wonderful job if I needed somebody to come back from that company from westshore homes I would ask for them. The sales rep that came to our house was also polite kind courteous down to earth answered our questions and was there if I needed a question answered he picked up his phone. Kim H
