Donald was our salesperson, he was very friendly, & didnâ t push us to buy anything!!!! He worked with us until we found something that would work for our budget. He made us feel like a really good friend. Shawn B. & his team arrived very punctually on day scheduled. They were VERY VERY professional. New windows were installed in a timely manner. It was very cold out that day, however they had workers removing the old windows, while other workers started installing new windows. My husband & I stayed in the warmest room of the house with our kitties. We were so impressed how quickly they worked to ensure very little heat loss!!! All the employees on this team were very kind & respectful of our property & cats!!! The team was very patient as we switched the cats to different rooms. West Shore is the BEST!!!! I will definitely refer to friends n family!!!!! We will use West Shore in the future. Thank you West Shore for the beautiful windows we love them, very warm & toasty!!!!!!!

Gunner H. And Greg P. were outstanding. I wanted step by step pictures of the job. After each step they would say its picture time. Their workmanship was excellent. Any questions I had during the installation were answered quickly. they went step by step on the operation of the 6 way shower head. The way doors have to be positioned when using the shower and cleaning instructions to keep shower looking new. when finished there was not even a speck of dirt any where even the garage where they entered the house. When they left it felt like friends leaving not just workers. I will recommend West Shore Home everyone I know.

The installation crew was from Philadelphia. Micah M., Teagan M, and at the very end of installation Jake K. Also helped. all three very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Micah answered every question I had and walked me through the process. Great crew. 10 Stars for them.

Aaron and his team replaced our 23 year old shower stall with a beautiful, up to date shower, complete with handicap rails and fold down seat. They did a wonderful job. They were trustworthy, professional, answered any questions we had, and finished in the promised time period. They cleaned up as they went along, so at no time did we have to hop over piles of old tile or material. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat!

From the very start of the project, it was handled quickly and professionally. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained al the options. The two installers were excellent at their trade and answered all my questions during the install. After several days of using the shower, I have had no problems.

Fredie E. and Nate S. arrived at the scheduled time, worked the entire day til the project was done. Were courteous and judicious of cleaning as they went.

They arrived on time and prepared the site before installing the new door. They were meticulous with the small details and finished in under five hours. I couldnâ t be happier.
