Nick H., Robert R., Shawn C., and Harry A. were very respectful and considerate of taking care of our home as they replaced and installed two new showers. They worked hard and stayed later than they expected, but were making sure that things were done correctly. They were very friendly and all seemed to enjoy working with each other. They represented your company with highest regards.

Steven Seagal is a great salesman to work with and the install team Brandon Chris and Dylan excellent installers very professional very clean they did beautiful work I highly recommend them

To begin, the installers Corey S. and Tristan H. were 2 very nice young men, very polite and nice! They did a beautiful job and took great care in cleaning up when they finished! Took time to explain door features and operation!

Donald , Nick and Dillon did a fantastic job with installing our new shower . They were very pleasant to work with and were kind enough to answer any of my questions . Professional, fast, quality

From my experience, i would advise my neighbors to request Corey S. and Tristen H. to do their installation. I couldn't have asked for better installers.

They do nice work. Installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the way. Torin and Chris are a credit to this company. On the negative side, this company doesn't understand the importance of returning customer calls.

Very nice and cleaned up so well that tug couldnâ t even tell they were here.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Home from the moment we contacted them,. Our conversation with the sales Rep was very informative and he addressed all of our questions and concerns very thoroughly. There were not any hard sell tactics. The install was scheduled quickly and at our convenience. They were right on time on install day! Very impressed with the install team (Cody, Grant and Matt)!!! Very polite , exp!ained how the project would proceed, making sure it was exactly what we ordered. We now have a beautiful walk in shower (replacing our old tub). Installed in 6 hours! The team was very professional and it was obvious they were experienced! We would not hesitate to use West Shore Home again.

Jonah was an awesome sales person, Mike the install manager was amazing and super helpful and the entire crew that came out to our house to install the windows and patio door were fantastic. As a salesman, Jonah is extremely helpful! He listened to our needs and did a great job helping us choose the perfect bathtub for our home. The quote he gave was definitely competitive with other offers. Brandon and Brett were our installers. They communicated their arrival time and arrived exactly when they said they would, 0800 hrs sharp. They clearly explained the work they were going to do and immediately got straight to it! Throughout the day, they updated me on their progress and by 1600 hrs they were cleaned up and ready to review our finished product. It was perfect! This is our second installation with West Shore. Having worked with Jonah (twice), Master Plumber Mike, Brandon and Brett, this is a company second to none! They do great work, install a beautiful product and have exceptional customer service skills and relationships!

Walk in Shower for elderly person with balance and mobility difficulties. Greg P, Shane T and Matt S did a wonderful job with the install. They were very patient with helping to make sure all the grab bars, the seat etc were where the customer needed them placed and explaining how to use the shower. Everything was very clean when they finished. It was a very long job and they worked until everything was satisfactory for the customer.

We had two doors installed by Corey S., Mike D., and Rob R. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. The work was very high quality and the crew left everything neat and clean.

Canâ t wait til we can try out the new walk-in shower! It makes the bathroom look so much bigger. Thanks to our sales guy Ken H. Too. He is such a great and knowledgeable guy to work with. This is the second time weâ ve used West Shore Home and Iâ d use them again.
