They came in, put in a very nice new shower for us. Torin S and Cody C came in, installed it and besides the beautiful new shower youâ d of never know they were there, didnâ t leave a speck of dirt or debris behind.

Extremely professional and clearly explain features and care.

We had 2 bathroom projects. Tub and shower replacement. Tub and shower, to shower replacement. The projects were completed, very expeditiously, in about 5 hours. Brandon, Chris, Curt and Nick, were very courteous and made sure that they explained everything and answered our questions. Both projects turned out great!

They did a great job and had the project finished in a day. They were also very courteous.

Impressed with the professionalism of the company from sales to installation. Timely work done well.

Ootstanding, personable and professional team process. Each step of the process was a pleasant experience. The installation team was onsite for 10 hours. They took a very brief 10 minute lunch break. They knew exactly what they were doing- we needed demolition and removal, electrical and new plumbing work for our installation. Very clean- they laid canvas cloths throughout our home and they cleaned and vacuumed afterwards. The finish work is meticulous. I needed a safe, accessible shower very quickly - and West Shore delivered. I highly recommend for anyone who is contemplating using West Shore. Our team was Bob Schmidt (met with us and helped us with design and financing), the incredible installers Peter P. and Alley J., and the electrician (I did not catch his name).

Very easy process from pricing to execution. Installation was efficient, all done in one day. Best was professional operation by Tyler and Peter; from setup to cleanup they were friendly and detailed in spite of a power outage for hours (never interrupted their work!). Great experience, delighted with finished product of new shower.
