This is the second Walk-In-Shower that West Shore Home has installed in our home. The first was November 2019 and the second Walk-In-Shower was installed on 9 February 2023 by Peter P. and Alley J. They arrived at 8:35am, were very polite and very professional. They took time to review the job with me and then promptly got to work. They laid drop cloths throughout my entry way and hallway. All the materials are of high quality and were installed correctly. They thoroughly cleaned the bathroom after they finished the installation and all debris were removed. They reviewed the care and cleaning instructions and warranty with us. We highly recommend the installers Peter P. and Alley J., the design consultant Zach B., and the customer service reps that I spoke to when scheduling the installation. Thank you, George

Had a cast iron tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. Work was done in one day with attention to detail. Tarps were laid down to contain any mess and all items were removed and taken away. Our installers were great and did an amazing job. Thanks to Torin and Cody from West Shore Home

All items removed, including cast iron tub, were loaded on their truck and taken away. Work was done on 2nd story bathroom and the workers layed tarps down through the house to contain any mess to the house. Grant and Cody P did an excellent job with the shower installation.

West Shore Home was able to install our shower replacement only eight days after our consultation. My husband was very ill and needed the shower upgrade due to his condition. Peter P. and Alley J. were very professional. They arrived on time, protected the bathroom fixtures and cover the pathway from the stairs to the bathroom. They kept us informed on each step of the process and made sure we knew how to care for our new shower before they left. It is the shower of our dreams. I would recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking for a quality job.

Donald L. and Nick H. did a wonderful job replacing my mother's cast iron 40 year bathtub with a beautiful and safe "walkin" shower (there was also a master plumber on site but I did not catch his name). My mother asked alot of questions and really looked over the completed work but the guys never lost patience with our questions or concerns. They even talked about future concerns we might have and answered those questions as well. The house was left immaculate and all trash was taken away. We were also a given a demonstration on the operation of her new shower. Great Job, Everyone!!!

Our experience was very favorable. From our salesperson who was very pleasant and personable, to our installer, everything was great. They took out our high sided tub and put in a beautiful walk in shower. The low interest financing was great also.

West Shore Home rejuvenated our moldy bathroom and now it looks gorgeous! From the first phone call, their employees were friendly and professional. The low pressure salesman answered all of our questions and the installers, Curt and Nick, had the project completed quickly and quietly with absolutely no mess left behind.
