Weed Man provides excellent customer service, is always very respectful of my property, they are always responsible while here and they take pride in their working. They do an AMAZING job.

Weed Man was very respectful of my property. They showed up and did my lawn in a timely and efficient manner. My lawn looks wonderful thanks to Weed Man. The customer service reps are very nice and patient. Would definitely recommend Weed Man.

My lawn has never looked worse. Weeds are everywhere. In fact, my lawn has more weeds than when I treated it myself several years ago. They claim they use superior products - I can not see the results. In fact, my lawn is embarrassing to me! They claim they respond quickly - they do not. I have reached out to them and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I was told they would be at my property on a certain day and they were a no-show. Another time I asked them not to treat my lawn due to brand new puppies being exposed to grass for the first time and they showed up and treated anyway! Here is what they will do: call you to up-sell. But, that person will not be able to address your complaints! Avoid them at all costs.

We tried Weed Man for one year with mixed results. The service did well in controlling dandelions, but that simply opened space for other broad leaf weeds. So, we were not too happy with the results and decided not to have the service this year. We also were not thrilled with the aggressive upsell pitch by one of its operators mid-service. I wish it ended there. In March, without our authorization, they performed a treatment we did not want or ask for. After receiving the bill, i spoke to an operator about their mixup. I did not want their service and wasn't going to pay for it. He, very kindly, agreed to clear the bill. Since then, we have been receiving calls weekly. Some about the bill they said they would clear and some about renewing the service. Each and every time I explain how I want nothing to do with them and request that remove our name from the list and stop calling. And yet the calls still come. Again and again. My next step is to pursue harassment charges. In short, stay clear of Weed Man lawn services. Unrelentingly unprofessional.

I have been hiring them to provide aeration and grub control for a few years now. The only problem I have seen is a problem with billing, which they resolved immediately. I like the flexible payment options they offer. My interaction with them has not been what I would call "professional" but more like "family." I feel that they listen when I have questions.

We exchanged messages and the provider said he'd love to submit a quote on 02/20/15. I gave him my contact information on that date. I have heard nothing since-not even the courtesy of an explanation. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: Since my last contact on February 20, 2015, Weedman responded on August 4, 2015. A great example of poor customer service and responsiveness. Moving on.

We hired Weed Man in 2012. We were not happy with the service in any way primarily due to the technician lying to us about being in an accident or having to go to be with his wife who was in the hospital to get out of keeping appointments when we sometimes took leave from work to be available. This made the service so sporadic that the service didn't do much good for the lawn. By the time all was said and done, we weren't even sure exactly what was done to the yard, so I'm guessing on the overall price. At one point, we wanted to stop in at the office to discuss what was going on, but this even seemed to be an issue that Weed Man wanted to avoid. Management said it was going to put more time into the business, but we had enough. One thing we had mentioned before we started was that we had gotten huge mushrooms with our previous lawn treatment company. Weed Man promised we wouldn't get mushrooms (we have dogs and don't wan them eating the mushrooms). We got mushrooms, and Weed Man didn't seem to remember its promise. We put 3/1/13 as the last contact due to receiving a bill, but management did tell us it was sent in error when we contacted them.

We live in a development and all our neighbors lawns looked really nice, our lawn was going down hill because of weeds. Only the Sping applications have been done and so far some weeds are dieing, will have to wait to see what happens after the other applications have been applied.

We paid in bulk for the season. Generally our lawn is plusher than it used to be. My wife's and my biggest complaint is that as far as the weed control goes, we've seen an increase in the grass but we don't think we've seen a reduction in the number of weeds we have. There are very few dandelions but we have a lot of crabgrass.

WEED MAN did an overall good job. Everything they did was good, including their price.

I spend about $700 a year. I think they are a good company and I haven?t had any problems. I think they did a good job; my lawn was in bad shape but it turned out pretty well.
