Could not pick up riding mower due to virus

I'm a customer of Velocity Cycles. They're close and they're convenient. The service is fine; it's okay. They were professional.

They are great. They are friendly, nice and courteous and they know what they are doing. The quality of work is excellent.

I had a very good experience. Everything was done properly as far as I know. They gave me a time, I showed up, they did it at the scheduled time. I didn't have any problems. When the bike came out everything was fine.

After pricing the 2013 Honda GL1800 at a number of dealerships, I got by far the best deal at Velocity. Chris (the owner) treated me with respect and honesty. When I found the seat height was a bit tall, Chris had one of his contacts meet me at Velocity to take custom measurements of me on the bike. He took the seat to his shop and, within 2 days, returned it to Velocity so I could take delivery of the bike with a newly modified seat for a fraction of the cost of an aftermarket seat. I've been riding and buying bikes for 30-plus years and can honestly say that Chris and the entire crew at Velocity makes customer service their top priority!

The company agreed to repair my lawnmower. When I dropped it off, the employee took down little information. They called back to ask what was needed and I had to re-explain. The estimate entailed a $100 dollar part and about $300 of labor. I thought this was extravagant, but I needed the mower and a new one would have cost $700-800 for a replacement model. I opted to complete the repair and told them to go ahead. I called back a week later to ask about progress. They had not begun the work because they were waiting for a go ahead from me. I told them to go ahead. The employee recommended replacement of a guard on the mower for about $10. I told him to go ahead. When I went to pick up the mower, the transmission was fixed but the guard was not replaced. I asked them why and they said they did not obtain approval from me. They said they would work on it and I could pick it up later. I already waited for three weeks and told them no, I did not need it.
