Excellent! Dean's unusal attention to detail and commitment to quality exceeded my expectations. He reqularly solicited feedback, and if any small detail was not quite right, he corrected it without being asked to do so.
Description of Work: A wide variety of misc. outdoor remodeling and repair work including concrete, challenging vertical masonry work, siding repair/replacement, trim work, deck repair, carpentry, painting, retractactable awning installation and storm door installation.
The contractor walked off the job sometime in April. I spent $29,800. It was for an addition that was supposed to be $47,000. The contractor was a nice guy and worked hard on the level too. He was a hard worker. I disliked that they were not showing up. If they are supposed to show up today, they don’t show up at all till the next day and there is no explanation. They finally got the job done. The contractor did try to fix a lot of stuff that the other contractor had messed up. He did a nice job on the roof and the shingles. However, I had to have the tiles ripped off and put back in the bathroom, which cost me another $2,500 after he left. I told him to stop working on the tiles because he got it messed up. Sometimes they didn’t show up. I gave the contractor a deposit to do my sidewalk, but he never did the sidewalk and he left without giving my deposit back. I would never use his services again. They started the work in December and it went on till April. I had to take the whole bathroom apart. I had to pull out the toilet, the sink and everything else. Then I had another company come in to redo the tiles and put everything back in. Then I had to pull up all the flooring that the contractor did since it was not level underneath it. I then redid it all by myself. All this was to help my mother who is being stuck in the wheelchair.
