I have to say, these guys did a very good job. I provided the materials (flooring and glue) and they did the install. It took three guys a whole day, but they did a great job with flooring that was pretty difficult to work with. Sure, they smoked near the house like a previous reviewer said, but they did quality work at a good price and that's what matters most to me.

The demolition went smoothly. They really tried to minimize dust and debris. The tiling was well done. We had two tiles that we felt were defective and they replaced them quickly. Our experience with this company was really good from their cost to the quality of their workmanship. We would recommend them.

Workers were very pleasant - didn't mind my questions. They put in 9 hour days, with only two short breaks. The quality of the work was excellent and we expect our floor to last many, many years.

Had to watch them the whole time after they had two of my rooms laid. I was watching them do a third room when I realized that they were not using the extra padding I purchased for ultra silent flooring. They had hidden it in their vans, and then tried to use a story after I confronted them. That one I would get a credit for it (only problem was I purchased it myself) and two, they said they wouldn't stand behind the flooring if they used it. They eventually did install it everywhere, but I watched everything they did. Unfortunately, about a month after they installed it, I found a hole in the wall behind my refrigerator that they never bothered with telling me.

Dave talked a big game and made a lot of promises from the beginning, but he inspired confidence through his knowledge of flooring and installation. He was the only contractor who visited who was able to give an estimate on the spot, because he know how to install and calculated how many rolls and feet of carpeting would be needed. He talked out loud as he measured... "This space is 22' wide, so we can lay a 12' section here and another 12' section next to it - both 34' long"... and so on throughout the house. His prices were actually lower than other contractors and he assured me he could get it done in our tight timeline. All seemed almost too good to be true, but he made it all happen. We went to the showroom to pick out what we wanted, and have been very pleased with our selections (I HIGHLY recommend the dura-ceramic). They got our old floors torn out right away, worked around our painting contractors, and completed everything on time in a quality manner. Dave came by to check on things to make sure everything was completed on time and to our satisfaction. About a week later when I got around to putting our floor vent covers back on after I painted them, I noticed one tile which had been cut slightly too small and was not covered by the vent cover. There was no way they could have seen this without the vent covers, so I do not blame them at all. But still, I called Dave and he came out personally to fix the issue for me a couple days later. Awesome customer service, great quality flooring, and excellent installation!

The reason I gave professionalism a D grade is because they slopped the grout around on my rug in the hallway. Nothing was laid down to protect my rug or hardwood floors, so I had to do that my self, after I discovered the grout all over the rug. So I took a picture of the mess with my cell phone and sent it to the director of sales, he said he would call me back, but he never returned my call. The guys also smoked and left all their cigarettes on my front porch steps as well as a bucket of grouting tools, rags and dirty water for me to clean up!

We were very satisfied with the work they did. The floor looks very nice. They came back and polished it a few days after they did the work. They also did the cleaning and finishing work. They were very punctual. They came out right at the time they said they were going to be here. They were very professional.

The crew was professional and punctual. We had asked that the job start earlier than originally scheduled, and they were willing to accommodate us. Work was done in a manner that allowed me to live in the house for the entirety of the renovation. The crew was receptive to our comments and made sure that the work was done to our specifications. The job ran slightly longer than originally scheduled, but did not cause a major inconvenience. The crew made sure the place was cleaned at the end of each work day.

The place looks amazing, they even leveled out a huge "hump" in our kitchen. They retouched the new shoe molding to match our trim paint. They moved our appliances out of the kitchen so we could paint, and then replaced them and hung doors when we were finished.

The entire project went very well and as planned.

Even though this was a relatively "small" job, this company treated me professionally and respectfully. In addition to being extremely competent, the installer (Rich) was affable and accommodating. The attention to detail was impressive and the end result was outstanding.

They showed up when they said they were going to. They installed the floor and did an excellent job! They did the work well. They were very reasonable.
