Crews did work quickly and efficiently

The actual work performed was an extensive repair of my two-car garage floor, which consisted of a 100 percent solids pigmented epoxy, followed by a hybrid blend coating of decorative chips and top-coated with polyaspartic polyurea. Other than an issue I had with having to pull teeth just to receive an approximate time of arrival, the experience was a very good one and the gentlemen that performed the work were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My garage floor is now beautiful and durable and a 180 degree improvement from how it looked before--which was pretty awful. I would definitely recommend Stronghold.

We recently had Stronghold Floors cover our concrete basement & garage with decorative flake epoxy coatings. We couldnâ t be more satisfied with the result and process. Stronghold Floors was very helpful and patient in helping us identify the color that would work best for our situation. Our color selection was complex because of adjoining passage ways and wall and door colors. But with Stronghold Floors assistance we were able to find a color that blended perfectly. It is amazing how much brighter our garage and basement are with the new flooring. The coatings also make the space appear larger. Our project had to be done in stages due to the layout of our house. Stronghold Floors made it easy for us with their efficiency and professionalism. They arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. There was nothing left for us to do but to put our items back in place and enjoy our new flooring. Stronghold Floors staff was very courteous and concerned about minimizing any inconvenience for us as the project was in process. The epoxy coating has a texture that help assures good footing and avoidance of slipping. The finish also allows for an easy wipe-up of any spills. The new flooring allowed us to eliminate the need for mats under our exercise equipment and rugs in the basement. Our new flooring is comfortable to walk and stand on. Within 36 hours we could put heavy items on the floor with no worries. We had no fear of hurting the floor with tool boxes and refrigerators, or rolling our elliptical and treadmill across the floor. We highly recommend Stronghold Floors and their decorative flake epoxy coating.

They came on the pre-scheduled days, even though the days were scheduled 6 weeks in advance. Unbelievable! They were very polite, explained what would be done, accomplished it, cleaned up afterward and all in all were very efficient. I highly recommend Stronghold Floors!

This epoxy process was foreign to me, but it turned out to be a good experience. First the salesman Greg came to our house (a 2-hour drive) to explain the process, show us the many color samples, and schedule to job. He was very patient and courteous. A few weeks later, the 2-man work crew arrived as planned and on time. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were hard workers yet polite and friendly, answering my many questions throughout the 4 days. They had encountered a slight problem that forced them to change their procedure, but they handled it without any issue. The project was completed within the specified time frame. The garage floor now looks super. The epoxy coating resolved the problem of the concrete floor cracking and flaking off. And it is guaranteed for as long as I own my home! Great job, no regrets. I would definitely recommend Stronghold Floors.

I would recommend this company. They were very professional, I had only a small issue and they came back and fixed it. We love our new garage floor. They did a great job! Everyone was so great to work with including the President of the company. I emailed the company and he emailed a response back in a timely matter. Great company!

I thought about coating my new garage floor myself. After talking to and seeing other's floors that did it themselves, I was not impressed with the do-it-yourself products. I am very happy I went with Stronghold flooring. I spent more than I wanted but the end product is awesome and I don't have to re-do the floor after a year of wear and tear. Very strong, looks awesome and easy to clean. The floor in my garage looks better than the flooring in my house!

This is one of the first home improvement projects I had done where I have yet to find any flaws. Incredible job!! I received cheaper quotes from other competitors but none offered a lifetime warranty like Stronghold Floors. Job took three days as promised. My garage has truly been transformed from a dingy unwelcoming space to almost another room in the house. Amazing!

I hired Stronghold Floors to redo my garage floor coating that I applied using a popular DIY coating system about a year ago. After spending numerous hours applying the DIY coating and following the manufacturers instructions to the letter, I had peeling issues less than a year later. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to look into a professional to redo my floor in order to have piece of mind the same situation would not be repeated. Through Home Advisor, I received three contractors in my area that were able to do the job. Steve Galeone of Stonghold Floors was the first to communicate with me and he spent a good bit of time with me on the initial phone call answering my questions and explaining to me the likely reasons for my DIY coating failure. I really value prompt, quality communication when it comes to potentially hiring a contractor. When Steve came to the house to analyze the situation and give an estimate he was very informative and helpful, reassuring me that his floor coating system would not encounter the same problems I was currently encountering with my DIY coating and providing samples so I could visually see what the finished product would look like. Steve quoted me an estimate that I felt was fair and the work was scheduled. When the crew arrived, they were very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner. The finished product is outstanding and above my expectations. I look forward to many trouble free years with my new garage floor. I highly recommend Stonghold Floors.

Steve did a great job explaining the process of installing the epoxy floor finish and how much it would cost. He took his time and answered all our questions. His workers were very professional. They explained what part of the installation process would be completed each day. Each day they arrived early and began working immediately. They cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The final product looks great. I recommend them without hesitation. The job they did was excellent and the cost was reasonable.
