+ -1 morefirst, his men did what steve brink said they would do. second, they cleaned up, so you'd never know anything was done. third, the quality of the work was first rate, no problems with fan balancing or annoying sounds. fourth, the price he charged was what he said it would be when he estimated the job...$525. (he had purchased the ceiling fan at yale electric at a discount which he passed on to us and we paid for the fan separately at $400.)
