I found out about this "problem" through a threatening letter. I would be responsible for his house burning down. I was tired of being threatened without ability to respond and made calls so the rest of the family knew I wanted to see these problems and take care of them. The member finally called...we met....I showed him how to turn off the electric to the new addition and seemed to have appeased him. So I thought.....I called back to "correct" some minor things that we had agreed on and found out the member is back at it again. I'm doing my best to make him happy but obviously that might not be impossible. I was warned early on about the member shortly after starting the project but had hoped I would be able to keep him happy, which I did at times as it was quite the Dr. Jeckyl/Mr. Hyde senario with him. I still hope to work this out but can only do so much. As I said in my other comment below...call and I can give many more detail.....it's quite a story.

He was verry slow and didn't show on days, he was a better salesman then contractor, it was to hot or to cold his workers were tired and had to give them a day off, at the end he over charged us from the agreed contract price off 45000, but 3000. more claiming he hired sub-contractor to do some of the work with out notifying us he took old storm doors off but charged extra to install a new door.
Description of Work: He did a mother in laws add on and installed new window, siding, and the addition

I have been in business in the Harrisburg area for 28 years and all my work comes from referrals due to the quality of my work. I don't believe in customer bashing but if anyone would like to hear my side of this situation please feel free to call me. My number is 717-676-1621. I tried to contact the member to address his issues but he wouldn't even return my call. He is only interested in bashing me. I can give many referrals from many past customers who would vouch not only for my character and honesty but the quality of my work. I guess you're bound to have this happen in this business at least once in 28 years.
