Terance & Pal arrived on 6-13 at time started. 8:30 am, explained exactly what they were going to do each day. They all were courteous cleaned up after each day. On the last day they explained again what they did, how to use the equipt. & what to do if a peal. Accrued on 6-20-14- Sammie came to complete the dry wall for the air return was as good as the others were.New and Bowman-sales-was very helpful, did not pressure us & followed us to make sure every thing was done to our satisfaction.

Remco technicians assessed the condition of our heating/AC system. Recommendations were made and adjustments were made to the system. Performance was improved. All staff was quite professional in every respect.

REMCO people were professional and cordial, but they had difficulty diagnosing and repairing our unit. Several visits were needed after they thought the problem was fixed.

They came and took care of it. They were nice and very polite.

REMCO technicitions were prompt, very knowledgable and curteous. They even called to ask how I wanted to position the new A/C unit outside! The unit was installed within the timeline they provided. We were shown how to work the new units and thermostat. The items have a big price tag no matter who installs them, I cannot give an A for something that costs that much money!
