I have used Pinnacle in the past for two other jobs. Repair for my washer, and installation of a Rheem water heater. Today Craig replaced two outdoor faucets and cleaned my dryer vent (which has never been done). His service is above and beyond. The response to initial inquiry is prompt (within hours) I sent him pictures from my phone of what needed to be done. He confirmed the parts that would be needed, picked a date and time mutually agreeable, and I received an email on the day of service when he would be arriving. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be sorry.

Our 30 year old clothes dryer stopped heating. Our first thought was to just replace it but we discovered the newer dryers were too large for the cabinet that housed it. Called Craig at Pinnacle Handyman Service and within hours he came to check it out. He fixed it immediately and even told my husband that we did not need to replace the air exhaust hose on the dryer. That indicated to us he is honest and doesn’t do things that are NOT necessary. We have shared his information with our friends.

It went great! The whole process took about a half hour. Craig came in and got right to work. He found a really small piece of wood, probably from our countertop replacement, in the pump and then everything worked great! Price was reasonable too. I will definitely hire Pinnacle Handyman Services in the future.
