Ryan and crew did a very good job on patio and landscaping. Problem with this business is that they are non-responsive, do a poor job with after service and don't show up when they say they will. My work was done one year ago and I'm still waiting from them to replace dead plants. We spent a lot of money with this company and are extremely disappointed with their unresponsiveness. It really is a shame because their work and designs are very good. If you don't mind waiting 5 months to have your project completed and don't expect to see Ryan again after he is paid - hire Outdoor Expressions, you won't be disappointed.

After using my brother in law for the construction, I needed someone to do the stucco work. Contacted Ryan by text message on Monday 05/27 and he advised to call him on 05/28. I did. No answer. Tried the next day. He picked up, said he was with his business partner and asked if it was okay for him to cmb, I said yes. He never returned call. Called him and texted him the next few days. In both instances he text responded with that he would call me back. He never did. I tried to call him approximately 4 more times from Friday through Monday (05/31 - 06/03) with absolutely no response. Very disappointed in professionalism and will not contact them or speak good things about this company. Horrible. Horrible experience.

A two-week job took 3 months. Owner denied salesman's promise of work to be done--said I had no proof. No one supervised the job. Workers NEVER appeared on the job as promised, not even the same day. Not one deadline was met. Did not get one call telling me they couldn't come or would be late. Wasted my time, every time and I was on the site (my home) every day. Left messages on bus. ans. machine. None ever returned. Owner screamed at me over the phone. Expected me to settle on inferior looking product. From A to Z the worst company I ever dealt with. In my opinion, I dealt with a management individual who should never have had that responsibiity the Peter Principle squared.
