Description of Work: I called 5 times we made an appointment and he never showed up. I called the next two days and he never returned my calls. I called someone else who is scheduled to come out on the 8th.

+ -1 moreWhile it is challenging to make contact directly with Mike, he is VERY GOOD at what he does. You know what they say, if you want the job done, ask the busy person. We had the job done in ONE day! He installed the outside unit and all the necessary sheet metals, ducts, etc, to give us a fully functioning central air system. It also was blistering heat that week with temps above 100 every day and we sure appreciated the unit when he left that day. He worked well over 12 hours, maybe closer to 18, but he excelled in his task. As stated above, it has been 5 years ago, and so far no issues that required him to come back for repair. He also saved us money by giving us a unit that would fit our homes needs, rather than over selling a more expensive product. We definitely would use him again!!!! He IS worth the wait!

+ -1 moreHe is a very honest worker and won't try to push unnecessary things on you to make money. His prices are always very fair. He is a busy guy so sometimes its hard to get a hold of him but he does very good work. I would definitely recommend him.
