From the start, Joe and Jeff were great to work with. They always arrived early for site visits and were quick to respond to our many phone calls and questions. After moving in, we discovered an error involving our phone, cable, and alarm lines and they were quick to come over and rectify the problem at no cost to us. We'd use them again in a heartbeat. Quality, reasonably-priced work from a true family business.

They are dependable. They are not cheap, but when you call them, they respond. They are electricians and plumbers. They were the ones who installed a whole house generator for me and the generator is working very well. The price was reasonable. They charge for their time. I do not do plumbing work. When I need a plumber, I call them and I pay whatever they say. For me, it is a reasonable precaution. It is not the cheapest and not the most expensive. It is somewhere in between. The quality of their service is excellent. When they say they would be here at eight, they are there at eight. I cannot complain.

The generator installation costed be roughly $9000. It was a fair price and this was right after the hurricane. After what I went through with my house I decided I was not going to go through that again. I have had these fellows here before, they're honest, they do good work and they charge a fair price. They had the add in the paper that said "We install whole house generators," and that's why I called them up. I'm one of their regular customers and they gave me a discounted price and it was fairly reasonable, I signed the contract and the work was done. I knew the people, I knew the work they did and I knew they would stand by it. I felt comfortable with previous dealings with them and I had a feeling that I wasn't going to get ripped off my these people. They came recommended by my neighbor who is a contractor. After that I've had them here 3 or 4 times. They're honest and you get a good job from them.
