It went well. First visit out and the tech was friendly, also accommodating when we had questions - but finished his job in a timely manner. I found Paramount’s pricing much better than some of the other local pest control companies.

We absolutely cannot say enough about this company! We live in the country and get camel crickets that love to attract mice. We don't have any more and will continue to keep this service to keep them away!!!

Went very well. After five days there were only a few ants. It has now been one week and no ants anywhere, except for a few dead ones. Makes me happy to be able to look in my kitchen sink and not see them, or in the bathroom sinks and even the tub! Note for cost below: 165.00 for first initial visit....100.00 every three months there after until you feel they are not needed anymore. I feel that this is a good price.

Everything went very well. The representative was very professional and the price was half of some competitors for the same service.

They did a wonderful job with our groundhogs, they got about 5 or 6 of them. I think their contract was up last week, it was for a 10 day period. Our problem is that they are just going to come down from the next-door neighbors. There is actually another one in the yard. They did a really nice job. They came over and picked up the groundhog when I called, because the cage was in the in the sun. I said, “I don’t like it in the sun, they don’t need to suffer before they’re euthanized” and I’m thinking these people were very, very kind to me. I think they came and picked up their cages on the 5th or 6th of July. I did call another place, but I really get into cost with them. I picked Home Paramount because of their location mainly. They were very about coming out when I was being upset about those little guys being in the sun. I could have moved them I guess, but I’m not getting near those guys. Those teeth you know! There wasn’t a set time, except for that first day. They are very good.

TONS of issues with Home Paramount. We had birds living in our 2nd story bathroom exhaust fan and we needed the area cleaned, sprayed for bird mites, and then covered so they would not return. The two workers that showed up, Kevin and his partner, never knocked to say they were here until I saw them on my back porch. They weren't sure which vents needed covered so I had to go over the whole job for them which should have been taken care of by their supervisor, Lonnie. Thankfully I was home to give them direction. I could hear them drilling into the house so I went outside to ask if they first cleaned out the vents and the response I received was, "No, there's nothing up there." I told them, "Do you see all of the debris on the ground, that is from them. I hear them everyday in our vents and see them bringing grass, leaves, etc. for their nest. So yes there is debris up there." They never sprayed for bird mites until they saw I had an 11 month old daughter then they said, "Since we saw you had a little one, we went ahead and sprayed the vents." THE VENTS WERE ALREADY COVERED SO HOW DID YOU SPRAY THEM??? SO. MANY. ISSUES. WITH LONNIE, KEVIN, AND HIS PARTNER. AND! THIS ALL COST $800!!! Unbelievable. Do. Not. Use. HomeParamount.

Not well after 2nd treatment I was told I had to much stuff. It was bagged and I have lived without a bed since Dec. I am now told that I need a heat treatment that will cost $1200. and I will need to store my belongings.YKES They say it is now the worst infestation they have seen.

Been using Home Paramount residential pest control since early 2011. Very pleased with their technicians and mitigating issues both inside and outside my home.

The appointment was set from 11 AM-1 PM. I asked to have it earlier if possible and was told that 11 AM-1 PM was the earliest available time slot. My husband arranged his schedule to be there at 11 AM, but someone from the company came at 10:05 AM. When he called the representative, we were told that they had the time scheduled for 10 AM-noon! The representative also told my husband that they did not provide services related to dead animals and rodents and that he would not have been able to diagnose the problem, so the appointment never should have been scheduled to begin with. The individual representative did provide some very helpful advice to my husband, but the experience with the provider overall was very sub-par. Overall, they scheduled an appointment for a service that could not be provided and scheduled it for the wrong time. This was a very poor experience, and I don't recommend this provider.

We had a mild case of bed bugs and it was horrifying for me. HP gave an estimate, calmed me down, explained all of the options and prep needed in detail, and came and gave the treatment in a very timely fashion. The two men I dealt with in person were extremely friendly and calmed me down a lot, lol. There were follow up calls to make sure the treatment worked and the cost was much less than we expected for a professional treatment.

Results: A very small ant problem. He was excellent. Answered all of our questions, told us a pet friendly product we could get at Giant for the ants. I would highly recommend Tom as an 10+ in the PEST CONTROL INDUSTRY. He was also a Christian, which is another big plus for us.. He said the drops are about $4 and to put under sinks and around water. THANK YOU TOM!

They were here the next day and did a thorough evaluation and noted where the ants originated. He was very profesional and carefully looked and probed through all my mulch. I have used them several times in years past and am always satisifed with them.

During construction to add on a sun room to our home, the builder removed portions of our old deck. Behind where it was attached to the wall, a colony of carpenter ants was discovered with noticeable damage in channeling through the wood behind the siding. I called Paramount and within 30 minutes, a gentleman was at our home to conduct an estimate. (Note: I would not expect such fast service, but it so happened he was in the area.) I explained that the building project was stopped in its tracks, so he made a call and within three hours, a service person arrived at the house to spray and treat the area. I was expecting it to take at least two or three days before they could get to me. By the next morning, the construction resumed right on time. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the prompt service. The technician took extra measures to take care of the carpenter ants and then sprayed around the entire foundation of the home. She offered to spray the interior, but I declined. The cost would have been less had I not opted for a quarterly contract to come back. The $588 contract is for a year of service. When you're protecting the value of a home, this was relatively little. A contract is not required and you can, of course. use their service on a per call basis if you wish. With the amount of bushes, plants, and trees close to my home, I agreed that my home is vulnerable to pests, but I would not give them up because of the added shade, beauty, and environmental benefit they provide. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

From the initial call, Home Paramount was responsive, timely and professional. A gentleman came to my home and conducted a termite inspection while I was at work, but my father-in-law was available to allow entry to my home. After the inspection, the gentleman called me to discuss his findings and his report. He indicated that he found "mud tubes" in my crawl space and on the exterior front of the house but he found no evidence of a live infestation. He also noted that he found evidence of previous treatments for termites. He also indicated that he would have to return to his office to generate the report and mail it back to me a few days later. He recommended treating the home for termites at an estimated cost of $1,400 and subscribing to an annual maintenance plan for an additional charge. Before recieving the report in the mail, the gentlman who conducted the inspectin called me to schedule a treatement. I politely declined to schedule until I recieved his report. When I finally recieved the report and a drawing showing the location the mud tubes, I went to verify for myself before committing to treating the home. I could not find mud tubes on the exterior of my home in the places indicated by Home Paramount, began to get suspicious and called a local pest control company (Hershey Pest Control) for a second inspection. In the meantime, I recieved yet another call from Home Paramount asking me to schedule an expensive treatment. Less than two weeks after the Home Paramount inspection, I ensured that I was at home for the second termite inspection. I discussed that mud tubes had already been found by Home Paramount, but did not disclose their location or any other information from the Home Paramount report. I showed the Hershey Pest Control representative the opening to my crawl space and we found it was heaviliy ladden with dust covered cob-webs that should have been disturbed by any entry into the crawl space as the entry way is not much larger than an average size man. Upon completion of the inspection by Hershey Pest Control, no mud tubes could be found but evidence of previous infestations was clearly visible and documented with photographs. After disclosing the location of the reported mud tubes by Home Paramount, the representative from Hershey Pest Control pointed out that he encountered multiple cob webs throughout my crawl space heavily laden with dust, provided photographic evidence and didn't believe that anybody could have possibly been in there for months, if not years. In addition to finding evidence of a previous investation, the Hershey Pest Control also found evidence of Carpenter Ants, a significant finding that should have been reported by any reputable pest control company, but was not mentioned at all in Home Paramount report or conversations. Hershey Pest Control did not recommend treatment at the time of inspection, but provided a quote almost $500 less than Home Paramount should I choose to have my home treated in preparation for an annual maintenance plan. In summary, Home Paramount identified an opportunity to service my home with an expensive service and provided absolutely no evidence of a requirement for their services, other than the "good word" of one of their representatives. In addition, I still had to pay the $55.00 charge for an inspection and report that I highly suspect that was fraudulent in an attempt to drive sales of a much larger and more expensive service for termite treatment. I will not use this company again for any of their services and will not recommend their services to anyone I know or anyone who may ask.

Nightmare at the beginning finding out we had bedbugs and fleas. They came in for an inspection, on a monday, then told me they couldn't do it for another week. They came out on a friday and fumed at 2 pm or so, I was not home. I came home at 830 pm to a fumed house that i had to air out, normal procedure. And afterwards they had a follow up call 4 weeks later. All was well after that.

I have always been happy with them and they have always gotten rid of whatever problem I have, which is usually bees. I can call them whenever anything might come up.
