We decided to go with the regular light flood lights. This was a mistake. We should have done with the newer longer lasting lights. Next time will select s longer lasting bulb.

They were fine. I will hire them again in the future.

The owner for this company is Bradley Fetrow. They are dependable. The guy who was here was very pleasant, nice to talk to. If you are home with him, you feel comfortable to be around, not like one of those people where you feel uncomfortable with, I hate that. I will use them in the future.

It didn't go at all. As a bit of background, I had them do work on another home in 2007. I was very impressed with the gentleman's work, customer service, price, everything. In early 2010 I needed a very small job done in order to sell my house, and called them. They never showed for the appointment. I took off work and had to call them to ask where they were. The guy acted like it was my fault that they didn't show up. In all fairness, a different guy called me back the next day and apologized profusely, saying they had an emergency service call that morning and I just evidently "fell through the cracks." I had someone else do the work. Fast forward to June. I need some substantial work done in new home. I decide to give Fetrow another chance; I realize mistakes happen, and I had been very happy with their work in 2007. I call early in June, make their first available appointment for 6/14/2010; I ask for 9am, they say how about 930, i say okay. at 935 i call, making sure i am on their schedule. he calls the service techs, which are evidently packing up from an earlier service call and will be here in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turns into 80 minutes, i call at almost 1100am. the guy basically whines at me on the phone that he doesnt know what the problem is, they said they were on their way. . .thats all i needed; to be told a second time that i was basically the problem. never again. If this is their customer service, their electrical service scares me to death. As a final note, i did ask, and the gentleman that originally did the work in 2007 that was so professional moved on. . .i should've realized why.
