Well done

It turned out beautifully, but communication was frustrating. We didn’t always know what time they would arrive, and that is challenging when working and schooling from home. Also, it took us 7 days instead of the 3 I was told, though a day of that was my fault as we added some work. Regardless, they did a lovely job and I would use them again. I would just suggest asking them for their work schedule ahead of time, as it was inconsistent and a couple of days they were only there a few hours. We felt that if they started early and worked a full day it would have gone much more quickly. I wish I could post pictures, though!

Rarely in business do you come across someone who really cares more about the job well done than he does about making a larger profit. Dan, the owner inspected the property and gave me a fair price to refinish some very old hardwood floors with water stains. Because of my budget, I requested that he only refinish the one room with the obvious damage. He balked because he felt that the room adjoining it would look bad by comparison. He said: â Iâ m a perfectionist and this wouldnâ t be a good jobâ . He then offered to do the 2nd room at a VASTLY reduced price. The final product is way beyond my expectations and they look flawless. I highly recommend Expert Hardwood Floors to anyone who is lucky enough to get on their schedule.

We had this company fix the color from a previous refinish job by another company. They nailed the floor color that we desired. We were able to contact the owner at any time with questions and did not have to play the leave a message/call me back game. They squeezed our job in to accommodate our situation--that was very fortunate.

We wanted to restore our hardwood floors which had been carpeted. Living room with wall to wall carpeting installed with tack-less strips , no problem. Dining room was carpeted with level loop padded carpet that was glued down. Carpet came up but glue residue did not. Dan said "No problem" and it wasn't. came out beautiful! We are so pleased. Everyone who sees the result are amazed. It is better than when we moved in fifty years ago. Extra : Dust collection was amazing. We had packed away all books on built-in bookshelves . concerned about dust, but there wasn't any! Great!
