While researching contractors, we discovered this company has numerous outstanding reviews and no negative reviews to be found. Their representative met with us at our home from the very beginning and on numerous occasions to discuss the details and pick the materials prior to starting the job. He worked closely with our insurance company which made the entire process very easy all-around! Kept us informed throughout! The day of work, the roofing team showed up on time, were strictly professional, all business and attentive to all of our customer needs and requests! They were very careful of outdoor lighting, plants, trees etc - which we very much appreciated! Of course, in the process of shingle removal (which btw, tarped around the entire house), their team discovered numerous underlying problems such as some active leaks, rotting wood, and then addressed each of these issues with permanent fixes - along with performing many other preventative maintenance extras throughout the job that other contractors would normally ignore - to cut corners and costs! Cleanup - can’t say enough about this company! Usually when you have a contractor perform any task, the homeowner has some clean-up afterwards! Not with Dreamworx! The roof & gutter team cleaned up all trash & nails using a rake and magnets...I walked the yard afterwards and couldn’t find one!! I was outside with the team and found one of my patio light plastic tops knocked off ( their older and aging) and I bent down to fix it when one member of the team practically pushed me out of the way and stating that, we did this, we will fix it ...hows that for integrity and professionalism! Also, now to mention, service after the sale! Dreamworx is not just wham-bam & go company, they go out of their way to take care of you and make sure your happy when all is said and done! We had a lot of questions before, during and after - all answered very satisfactorily! We also requested a minor change which, one of the owners is taking care of without question or judgement!! Service Driven!! If you want the best contractor / company in the area, who can take you from start to finish with fair prices, without worry, achieving spectacular and professional results, look no further! They were exceptional. Worked with my insurance on the price so I only paid deductible. Workers were fast and efficient removing the old roof and putting the new one on in one day. Quality of work is great and looks phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A non-English speaking crew installed the new roof and I assume it was done correctly. Members of this crew installed 3 neighbors' roofs on my court. Unfortunately, there was no supervision of the work from the company managers/owners. Damage from minor to major. 1) Crew removed 18ft Sunsetter and dropped it off the deck stairs onto a very old loveseat and small table breaking both - not a problem, burn pile. 2) Gutters in both front and back now have "waves" when you look at them from the side. A portion of the back gutter is significantly bent outward probably from dragging the Sunsetter over it, and pins/nails on the South side of the gutter are out from the wall a few inches. The front is cosmetically bad and will have to be replaced before the house is sold. Charlie (owner) said the gutter damage is normal wear and tear and probably comes from water or ice. Now the best. No supervision = no tarp on front 25ft walkway. With effective heat of 108 degrees the asphalt shingles that landed on the E.P. Henry pavers melted - it will never some off. Charlie told me (68 year old owner) to get some gasoline and try that. I'm sure he wasn't looking at me or he would have seen how angry my expression was. A month later another owner (Steve?) said they wanted to make me happy. Never heard from them again. They have no responsibility to return my property to it's original condition? Make sure you stay at your house all day and follow them around.

In a word, outstanding from start to finish. My roof ended up being one that nightmares are made of!! Within 30 minutes of starting, the first problem was found when they discovered anywhere from 3 to 5 layers of roof, including a metal one. There was so much rotten wood and trouble spots, I think less experienced roofers would have thrown up their hands and given up. The whole team definitely went the extra mile for us. They even contacted us after the first heavy rainstorm and again a few weeks later to assure everything was okay. I thought this was very considerate. I would recommend DreamWorx Exteriors to anyone who is thinking of getting a new roof for their home.

Excellent! Beautiful job, done in a timely fashion. The company was super easy to work with, as they have great customer service. They did an awesome job at cleaning up after the replacement. Great quality and great warranty. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
