satellite tv service, internet service, cable tv service
 + 1 morenot so great at first they billed us for an extra 3 weeks starting from the phone call instead of when we actually installed the modem... internet speed was horrible but what took the ticket was qe signed up for a bundle including hd channels... 8 months go by no problems then all of a sudden no hd... i thought my wife had cancelled the service tonsave money bit when i called them they informed me that i aparently shouldnt have gotten the channels that i was promised by the sales rep... also an extra charge for local sports???? terrible business model... very disappointed...

 + -1 moreI do not really like Comcast. I have no complaints about the servicemen they send out, they have always been great. I do not like the company itself, their pricing structure, or how they choose to cancel stations to raise prices. I am not impressed. I am impressed with how fast the servicemen come out to my home. I did not have to pay for the servicemen to come out, that was included in our contract.
Description of Work: Right now we are with Comcast for cable, internet, and phone. Recently, service men came out to check the wiring because we were having trouble with our internet going in and out.
