From start to finish Clarence & Peggy worked with me in a professional manner giving advise and making sure all was taken care of. They were always available to answer questions and calm anxieties. Went out of their way to help me reach my goal of a new home.

It went very well. The Realtors (Clarence and Peggy Chriss) were very understanding that my parents were in there home for over 40 yrs. and it was a hard move. I would definitely use them if I were buying or selling a home.

This review is for Clarence and Peggy Chriss acting as our seller's agent. When the prior listing contract expired, we decided to try a different approach and interview/hire a new realtor specifically for selling. We interviewed a few local realtors and found larence and Peggy to be the best prepared and knowledgeable in what to do in order to market our home. They presented a marketing plan, helped confirm pricing, and showed us realistic comps in the area to back-up their research. Peggy is certified for 'Home Staging' and we took many of her suggestions and improved our marketing efforts during late 2013. While in the final days before closing, a paperwork issue developed on the buyers side and we had to extend our closing date for a while. Clarence and Peggy worked closely with us and exhausted all resources to be our advocates and speed up the sale - thus lessening our stress. They were always extremely responsive to any questions and issues, assisting in price negotiations and finally obtained a qualified buyer for us. Their professionalism and ethical treatment of the situation was superb, and we were so glad to have them on our side. They earned every penny of the commission in our case! Both Clarence and Peggy are extremely nice people and provided the extra comfort and care that we may have not gotten with a 'hot shot' realtor looking for number of transactions. These two people asked us to join their team to sell our home to the right person - not just any person. The held open houses, meetings and telephone conversations that were endless and tiresome. They were always available and happy to hear from us. They suggested ways to help and explored other avenues to help us sell. These are people you want not only as realtors but lifetime friends.
