Cleaning Fairy

I hired Cleaning Fairy to clean up our basement after a remodel. The basement was completely empty of furniture had no carpets and no light fixtures. (We have recessed lighting) We added a small bathroom and a kitchenette ( 2cabinets and a tiny refrigerator. All the walls and doors were freshly painted. After a consultation, I got an estimate for $350, which I thought was a lot for mopping and dusting some empty rooms. Noor sent me a list of all they do for deep cleaning?? wash light fixtures, wipe walls and wash doors, etc. I explained that most of that did not apply to our situation, but she insisted, with their deep cleaning, it would take at least 4 hours of cleaning, maybe even 5 hours to finish our basement and she offered me a first time discount. I agreed because I understood that for the amount of time, 4-5 hours of work, the price seemed fair. She arrived on time and was very friendly. She finished cleaning the basement by herself in just under two hours! I have no complaints about the cleaning she did a nice job, but she really misrepresented the work that needed to be done. When I told her that, she still insisted in being paid the full amount because she was the company owner and cleaned twice as fast as everyone else(?!) She insisted that if I had had someone else clean my basement, it would have taken 4-5 hours of cleaning for what she did in two hours! I will not hire this company again because they exaggerate the work that is needed to overcharge their customers. I would never have agreed to pay $350 for two hours of housecleaning. I am also unsure if I will remain a customer of Angies. Angies customer service initially contacted me if I had any concerns and asked me to explain in an email what happened ? but I have no heard anything from them since! Overall I was not happy with my experience with Angies.

Never had my home deep cleaned before. I was happy with the results. Nour focused on detail and was thorough. She asked if there was anything else I wanted done and took care of it right away. I would recommend her cleaning service.

We made an appointment for Fairy Cleaning LLC to deep clean some rooms in my home. I had never had a service do this for me before, so I was noticing everything. The owner, arrived on time with Michael, who was to do the cleaning. He had the same kind, and open spirit that she had. I had been worried about how I would feel with a stranger cleaning my home, but Michael was almost like family. He was respectful, he showed no judgement, and he worked every minute that he was here, he showed me how he had cleaned some of the more difficult areas, and how much better they looked. I could really see the difference. I would definitely hire them again!

I hired cleaning fairy after another company fell through on extremely short notice to do a one time deep cleaning of my residence. I was super impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to fit me in to do a residential home cleaning, and the attention to detail that they paid in all of the areas that I had shown them I wanted to be covered in my home. I was particularly impressed by after the cleaners left that the owner herself came back to my house just to check and make sure that everything had been done thoroughly and to my expectations. I was happy with the products that they used and they even offered to use some of the products that I had on hand that were more environmentally friendly, and took into consideration that since I was pregnant having a lot of chemicals in my home was not something I was comfortable with.They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be hiring them in the future!

Nour was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She kept me informed throughout the day with pictures and videos showing the progress. Cleaning Fairy made moving into our new home much more pleasant due to not having to worry about cleaning. I would highly recommend them!!!

A great experience from start to finish to do a heavy clean of my vacant rental property. Cleaning Fairy was able to accommodate my shifting schedule with no problem! The cleaners that they sent did a very thorough job of attacking the windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, cupboards, toilets, floors, stairs, and all doors. The house smelled and looked 100% better than before. The cleaners stayed until the job was completely done 10 hours! I was very impressed and recommend them highly. They were experienced pros!

The cleaning fairy did an excellent job with only 2 days notice. I recently moved out of my home and there was so much dust and dirt behind the furniture and on the vents and ceiling fans, it was disgusting. The cleaning fairy not only cleaned everything I could never reach, but the house looks like new. I am so appreciative of this group. I could not have done it myself. Thank you again! Great job!

I am getting ready to put my house for sale and I hired the cleaning fairy to get everything cleaned up and ready. I am very happy with everything, top notch! I mentioned that to my realtor so that if she is asked for a recommended cleaning company. The staff is very professional and friendly. They were very responsive throughout the process, which was very nice because I am on a tight timeline to list the house. The response from the cleaning fairy once I made the request on home advisor was almost immediate, by far the best I have ever worked with. I am very happy with the price, if I was staying in the area I would continue with the cleaning service. My house looks amazing, I could not believe the difference. Every detail in the house is clean, top to bottom. I am very happy! Cleaning Fairy is top notch!

I called the cleaning fairy 1 week before an estate was to go up for sale. This lady accommodated my last minute request with no problems. They were extremely nice, and very professional. They got the job done quickly and I was impressed with their work. I would highly recommend this company!! They even got the smell out of the house. Thanks girls, I really appreciate it!!

Nourhan Gamal, owner, is a lovely person. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Her co-worker, Sharon, was also very dedicated. The cleaning aspect of the contract was superb. I also had drapes cleaned and we did struggle with that a little. It required a return trip but Nourhan came back and made good on the drapes. She is trustworthy and is very dedicated to doing a good job and having the customer pleased. My drapes should have most probably been dry-cleaned but that is not a reflection on The Cleaning Fairy. It was a judgment call on my part. They lost some of their texture through washing but again not a reflection on these folks. I mention it here so that others will be reminded that custom drapes should be dry-cleaned. I highly recommend The Cleaning Fairy!

Cooperative. Will do what you want

I was initially impressed with the price estimate / walk through and was generally pleased with the first cleaning. The second cleaning was rescheduled multiple times, they showed up over 2 hours late and the cleaning was not done very well. There were a few items that were missed on the first "deep cleaning" and we requested that they be addressed. After walking through many of those items were still not done the second time around. What baffled us was they left after only 2 hours. They (2 people) were in a big hurry and seemed to be resistant when we asked them to sweep a room and correct what was missed. I would not use them again, and the $ paid for the value of what was done was not fair. For what equated to ~ $50/hr I can find someone to do a much better job.

I would highly recommend this cleaning service. We hired them for an apartment move out and The work they did was incredible even down to the carpet cleaning. I would definitely use this service in the future.
