Castle Windows

I called Castle Windows because my kitchen window had moisture in it and all of my screens needed to be replaced. Andrew measured the window that had moisture in it and ordered a new one. He put new screening material in all of the screens. They look great. I was very pleased with the work that he did. He arrived within the time frame that I was given and he was very professional.

Castle Windows did above and beyond their job! My doors were purchased several years ago and I’ve had routine maintenance, because it is necessary. They are amazing and the service technician, Devon, was professional and answered my questions thoroughly. When I called in to customer service, they scheduled my service call quickly. We have had all our windows replaced by Castle they look great. We also just had three doors also replaced. The installers were very professional and efficient. There prompt service was greatly appreciated.

This is my second experience with Castle Windows. In 2017, I had Castle install three doors and six windows. I had Kenny from Castle Windows - Mechanicsburg stop by and gave me a good price for my remaining eight windows before Christmas 2022. Project manager, Nick, stopped by for the measurements and addressed an issues with two windows from my previous install, which are being resolved with the warranty. Just had the remaining windows installed in February 2023 and they look great! Great experiences with Castle Windows and I would refer them to anyone.

We bought 4 windows from Castle and the whole process went so great. Castle helped us figure out what we needed to have done, what would look the best and what would fit our needs the most. The installation was completed in less than a day and we have noticed a huge difference with how our rooms are staying warmer in the winter months. We couldn’t pass up such a great deal with how great the quality is. I can’t wait to get more windows and a door done.

They were great and extremely accommodating even after I changed my mind. They are quick to respond and I couldn’t be happier with the end results. I highly recommend to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

A night mare begins....First set of installers did a lousy job. 4 days and they had not got the windows in. The windows didn't look right so I called service and they sent out the original measurer/service manager and found out that the windows were not installed where they should have been. He promised that he would take care of the original installers but didn't, and also said that I would have to wait another month for their best crew to come out and fix the problem... two days later the original crew came back to finish the project. I told them no. A month later, their best crew showed up. Two polish brothers (Greg and Karl) that I have to admit did an excellent job repairing what the first crew did. They knew what they were doing. They had to replace all the frames due to the original crew not doing their job. Within 4-1/2 hours, the best crew had the windows in and that's with reframing the windows since the original ones left old rotting wood there and did an overall terrible job, plus broke an outside solar light. While all this is happening, I spoke to the regional manager and asked for compensation. His take on it was, if there was anything left on the job. As if that is my problem and it was Castle Windows that hired the crew. To top matter off, my windows are still not completely done. Seems there are parts ordered that haven't arrived yet. These parts should have been with the original order. Not only that, it seems Castle Windows was eager to get my money and cash it even though the windows were not done and I was told the check would not be cashed until it was. If you have any sense, don't use castle windows unless you use the two brothers to install them. They are the only highlight to this nightmare. Stay tuned for updates... this isn't over by a longshot.

They did a beautiful.The're wonderful, very professional and on time and good clean up, they also installed a sliding door for us years ago, and they did a great job, we have been working with them for years and they have always been reliable and does a good.

We ordered a door and it was a big fight to get things that we thought they should have and they finally got us what we should have and then the door came and it wasn't anything that we ordered and they installed it and we're still waiting for them to come and finish it and we didn't pay them completely and I have a feeling they are just not going to show up and finish it. They made a big mess, and the sealant they put around the door they only put on one frame of the door and it's still sticky after four weeks. It was just a nightmare and like I said they were suppose to come out and stain part of the frame that came in white that wasn't suppose to be in white and I haven't heard a word from them and i don't think we are going to hear from him. And we only didn't pay him $250 which is not worth the headache. I just would never recommend them to anybody. For what we we thought we were going to get I thought their pricing was okay but for what we end up getting they were very expensive. I'm just very disappointed in the company.
