Just had our stair carpet done. Matt is delightful and very professional. We are thrilled with results as we have neglected this carpet for some time and it looks better than ever expected. I have used Castle Clean several times in the past and will continue using them. They are always prompt, responsive, and give excellent value for the services they perform. They do an excellent job. This past time they cleaned the Upstars living room, downstairs den, both hallways and the steps. They were great. We are very pleased with the service and the price. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Exceptional service all around. A polite person answered the phone and offered very competitive pricing and prompt scheduling. The carpet cleaner called ahead and arrived early so I did not have to set aside a whole day waiting for them. He was in professional attire, courteous, friendly and respectful. The carpets look clean and smell clean. What I liked about them most is that they did not try to sell me any upgrades or extra's. They were thankful the business and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Great Job!!

The son arrived and was ready to clean. Checked furniture to make sure it would tolerate cleaning without marks, esp, on gold chair. Cleaned furniture and carpet as if he really enjoyed his job. Told me a lot of what I needed to know about cleaning carpet, furniture. Open windows, start fan. My dad could not believe how clean the carpet is! He is 88 and not easily impressed.

It went extremely well and I'm pleased with the way it turned out. The carpet looks brand new again.

Second time we used them this year, for different rooms. Very efficient with good job. Went over high traffic areas several times to make sure they got them as good as possible.

Called to say he was going to be a couple minutes later than appt.. He was very friendly, began work promptly, volunteered to clean an area rug for a sml. additional fee, placed protectors under moved furniture. He wasted no time but was thorough. We were extremely satisfied and will use them again.

He was quick and efficient and got all the spots cleaned. For no extra charge, he sprayed areas with a deodorizer to get rid of pet smells. I will definitely use Castle Clean again.

We employed Castle Clean to clean all of our carpets in the house. This was 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a hallway, two sets of steps, a family room, and an office. They did a FABULOUS job, the carpets were pretty dirty and well-traveled, and the price was fantastic. Our carpets haven't looked this good in years! The owner, who did the job was friendly, professional, and very thorough. We couldn't be more pleased and we will definitely use them the next time we get our carpets cleaned. We highly recommend them!

Arrived right on time, diligently went to work, cleaning several large sectional sofa pieces and a love seat and chair. I had some water leak in during the recent hurrican and stained the cream carpet. He worked very hard to remove the stain and was successful. Carpets in other rooms also looked great when he was finished.

They were very good. I was not real pleased with the stairs, and they came back and re-did them for free. The guy who came out was very good. He was very careful; he did not break anything. I will use them again in the future.

Two men arrived in a clean white and quot;Castle Cleanand quot; panel truck. They were on time and went right to work. Had spot removed and cleaned w-w carpet in high traffic area from Master BR to Bath within 30 minutes. They do not take credit cards. (Cash or check only)
