Description of Work: Placed a request for a quotation with Archer Pest Control through Angie's List, and provided my name, address, telephone number, that services that I needed, etc. No one from Archer responded.

Description of Work: Keith examined the interior and exterior of the house at the suspected point of entry. Also examined the rest of the perimeter of the house but there were no signs of termites. Applied chemical treatment completely around the point of entry. Very prompt in making the initial visit and while doing the actual work. Keith was very helpful.

Description of Work: I called them three times and left a message. No one ever returned my calls.

Description of Work: This company is very thorough with their application of pest control material they communicate well schedule around your needs and are very honest and provide great customer service.

Description of Work: Misty does a great job. She provides is very thorough application of pest control materials. They stay in communication and provide excellent customer service. I have had them for about a year now and have absolutely no problems.

Description of Work: We thought we might have a termite problem and called Archer Pest Control. They returned our call within a couple of hours. After describing the situation, Keith (the owner) said that it was not termites. He offered to come by to take a look. He came by at the end of his day and explained that we had ants and exactly what they were doing. He said there was no point to treating them now because they were no longer there, and by the time spring arrived and they were back, whatever chemicals he put down now would be gone by then. He told me the best way to treat them in the spring was to put down chemicals that they would eat and take back with them to the nest. Keith could have lied to me and treated the problem now, only to have it return in the spring. But he was honest, a quality I most desire in anyone I hire. I will definitely call Archer Pest Control in the spring to treat this problem if it returns and to possibly do a whole-house treatment.

Description of Work: Found this proider via Angies List. I callled last week, they took 2 days to return the call. We missed the first appointment (returned home late, our fault). For the re-appointment they were here 32 minutes early for the appointment and we were not home yet, missed them by 7 minutes. Called the service person back, as of now have not received a return call. Very disappointed with their responsivenss and willingness to provide the service on our terms. Who arrives over 30 minutes early for an appointment and just leaves a note and leaves? Obviously not serious about customer service.

Description of Work: Treatment for carpenter ants and broad based application to exterior of house.

Description of Work: Carpenter ant infestation - inside and outside treatment. Had scheduled a flea appointment at my own home weeks before that was rescheduled several times due to family illness. So when my daughter needed an exterminator I felt I owed him for his patience and understanding....so emailed Keith.

Description of Work: Heard noise in our attic so I checked Angie's List for a referral. I really thought that either squirrels or chipmunks had gained entrance somehow. When Keith checked it out within minutes he told us we had a bee problem. He sprayed and within a week came back and sprayed again. A few days after that he came back and sealed the opening where they bees had gained access and built their hive.

Description of Work: He came to inspect our home to see if we had a mice problem.

Description of Work: Twice in the past two years I thought I had pest problems. First I thought I had termites and it was flying ants. Then this year I thought I had roaches and it was a wood roach. (Not something that can be exterminated and does not live in your house) Keith came out to my house both times and identified the problem and never charged me a cent. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. If I ever have a pest problem I will be calling Archer's. I was very happy with their customer service!!!

Description of Work: We had a problem with termites and another with bees. Problem, eliminated!
