The owner with his assistant removed my pool liner and inserted a new one in my jumbo sized pool. After pouring several thousand gallons of water to set the new liner the owner stopped the process because he couldn’t flatten a wrinkle which I probably wouldn’t have noticed. He decided to pump all that water out (at his expense) and reengage the project with 2 more employees the following day, which he did. In order to remove the wrinkle the owner with his assistants were waist deepen in the deep end in their work clothes (khakis and company polo shirts) while the water was being poured into the pool. I mention this because I was stunned that they simply accepted as part of the job being soaking wet in 50 degree water while in their professional clothes. I initially solicited Aqua Specialists for a quote along with other pool companies including from the company that installed my pool 14 years ago. Aqua Specialists was about 20% less than their closest bidder! They are the preferred pool supply company in my area because they do great work, are highly professional, offer a fair price, are prompt and worked around MY schedule, not THEIRS’! Aqua specialist technician was excellent talking through what I had done to fix problem and then discuss what he thought was problem. They fixed the filter with one service call and made recommendation to resolve water issues. technician was spot on. The service was fast and affordable.

My pool cover ended up with a big hole in it after they serviced my pool. I called them to tell them. They said they would send someone to look into it. No one ever came to see.

We just moved into the house and tried to call several pool people, but they didn't want to come out. Our pool was green and we didn't know how to do anything. They came out and cleaned everything. They were very professional. They closed the pool for us. They took the resources, cleaned them and brought them back. We are going to use them again. We were very pleased with them. They were very reasonable compared to other people. They charged $300 to clean and close our pool which was really reasonable. Then they took our filters and cleaned them and that was probably another $100. They brought them back too and put them back in.

We don't have a huge pool, but we have a heavily wooded lot; so our pool collects a lot of debris and a lot of algae. They keep it clean. They are very professional. They have their own truck with their logo. They have their own uniform. They do a good job. We are very happy.

They are a good company and we have not had any problems with them. When we do have problems with our pool they have been responsive. They are one of the few companies who will service your pool even if they did not do the original install. If we ever need anything from them unexpectedly they are very flexible about stopping by and performing service.

Aqua specialists dispatched two techs the day after I called. They even broke down and discarded packing crate. John was very friendly, professional and efficient.
