+ -1 moreThe two workmen that came to do the job arrived on time and only took a little over 2 hours to perform the job. They had to deal with a lot of phone and internet cable wires and also had to climb into a coal bin in order to reach the ceiling above that. They both worked very hard, and they both were very polite and respectful. I am very pleased with the job they did.
Description of Work: We will be putting our home of 34 years up for sale in July 2020. The basement is unfinished and has R19 fiberglass insulation installed in the ceiling. I don't smoke anywhere else in the house, but I did indulge my habit in the basement. You can image the cigarette smoke smell, most of which apparently was absorbed into the ceiling insulation. I felt to improve the salability of the house, I had better bite the bullet and have the old insulation removed and new batts installed.

+ -1 moreHe seemed nice and knowledgeable, and I was very interested, wanted to have the work done ASAP, but now I am reluctant to let them do the work if they should come back. I'd be fearful that if something went wrong, I'd never be able to get ahold of them.
Description of Work: Showed up too early - caught me off guard -he gave me a time but came half an hour early - he looked around, talked about what they do. Then, without leaving a price quote or anything said he would get back with me with the price quote. I texted a few times after he left and never got a response back. Not very professional to ignore customers.
