Fred did a really good job installing our new gas dryer. He was very punctual and knowledgeable on installing gas products. He was able to save a couple of our current parts which saved us some money. I found Fred on home advisor and will definitely refer him to any of my friends or relatives that need gas work completed!

Fred was very friendly and professional. We appreciated his flexibility with the scheduling. We hired Fred in coordination with a gas range delivery, to provide the professional installation. A schedule conflict was caused when the big box retailer did not call ahead with their ETA. Fred rearranged his schedule to ensure we would have a working appliance and so that the old appliance did not have to be left behind. We are providing in-home care to a terminally ill parent. Preventing uneccesary additional responsibilities goes a long way for us. Fred's quick response ensured that we did not have to go through the inconvenience of rescheduling the big box retailer to come back to pick up the old appliance. True customer service is a lost art form today, but not with Fred. Thank you for your fast, courteous service!
