Excellent work, efficient, cost-effective. Technician Travis is excellent in initial and follow-on support and communications. Cost includes inspection, cleaning, testing, all labor and parts (5 burners, other small parts).

Wonderful! They were very professional and punctual. The price was perfect. About a week after installation we had one very minor issue (that ended up being nothing) we called about and they immediately came out within the hour! Unbelievable service!

as far as I know, all went well...I wasn't there when work annual maintenance was done. They are good but a bit pricey.

We woke up to a chilly house. Furnace was turning on but not staying on and no hot air was blowing. Called Vogt and a tech was here by 2pm. He worked for about 2 hours and replaced a part. Part was about $90, so maybe a little expensive but I don't really have anything to compare to for that, but for two hours of work their service rate was very reasonable. Tech also hung around to make sure that the furnace was working properly and was staying on for more than a few minutes. Tech was very friendly and professional. He explained what the issue had been and what steps he was taking to correct it. I would definitely recommend this company.

We received a phone call that repairman would be approx. 30 minutes late due to lengthy repair at prior appt. They asked if we would like to change date of appt. or if 30 min. delay was ok. We told them delay was fine. Repairman arrived 20 min. after original scheduled time. We greatly appreciate the courtesy of their phone call, explanation, and options of what to do. Repairman was very professional and congenial. He explained the parts that needed replacement and showed us them as well. It was wonderful service at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend them!

Vogt came within an hour of the emergency call and stayed until the piping was rerouted thus avoiding tearing up our floor to fix the broken pipe. The job was done professionally and quickly when we were in a pinch.They further have checked in the following day to see if there were any other problems due to the damage from the original leak. I happily recommend them.

Men came ten minutes early and went right to work, continued to work steady all day, new furnace was in and old removed new exhaust and thermostat. Cleaned up mess by 3 PM (they started at 8 AM) Very pleased.

The installers showed up on time and got right to work . They showed professionalism while they worked and worked right on through until completed ....once completed they cleaned up everything and showed homeowners how the new system worked and what to expect from the new furnace as far as the savings i will be getting plus all the warranty stuff would recommend to anyone ......We were also impressed with Dave who came out to give us an estimate and we received 5 different estimates from low to high and got us in right away considering the weather outside....

Scheduled appointment for an estimate. Representative arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to answer questions, took photos and measurements and asked detailed questions regarding insulation etc. He explained that he would be utilizing a special software for HVAC systems to determine a product best suited for my needs. He stated he would email a detailed quote with 3 days. The quote arrived less then 24 hours after his initial visit with several options and price ranges. reached out with follow up questions that were immediately answer. Upon receipt of the quote, I reached out with follow up questions, that were immediately answered. He provided less expensive options, but felt the option I chose best suited my needs. Verbally confirmed option choice and scheduled installation. Installation team arrived on time and completed all work in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to replacing an existing system, they completed necessary modifications to return air system and In determining my selection I had several other estimates. All estimates were within $100, however with different sizes (BTUs). My decision to go with Vogt was based on their professionalism and that they utilized an HVAC software program to ensure the correct size/type furnace was provided.

It went very well. They have come several times to the parish to do work on our heating/cooling systems. I am particularly impressed by their professionalism and care for details. They don't simply fix what they see - they diagnose the problem carefully and then double check themselves to be sure the problem is addressed maybe not inexpensively but definitely completely.

They didn't do any ductwork or anything, but they installed a whole new furnace. They were prompt and showed up on time. They were clean and extremely professional. They cleaned up any mess that they made. The sales representative was very good and very informative. The price was fair. They had to come back and fix something, but they were prompt about doing that.

The price was as-quoted and the work was completed on-time and in a very professional manner. All old parts and materials were removed and discarded and the service person cleaned up after himself, leaving not so much as a drop of oil or soot on our basement floor. As servicing oil appliances is dirty, we were quite pleased with the clean room that was left and how neat the new venting was installed. Interestingly, our furnace room CO and smoke detector no longer sporadically go off like they have since the house was new. Tim recognized a potential fire issue and likely saved our home and maybe even our lives!
