+ -1 moreRon was knowledgeable, neat and professional, just as he's always been when he's done work for us in the past. His prices are always reasonable. This job was more expensive because of the extra work and time it took to find the correct materials and to do the venting properly.
Description of Work: We had an old water heater that had been vented improperly many years ago. Ron installed a shorter water heater in the limited height space to allow for new connections & venting pipes that are now safe.

+ -1 moreVery well. Tool Tech came out on a Friday before a holiday. They identified the issue and told me the price of a new water heater. I agreed with the price and about 35 minutes later they returned with a new water heater and completed the installation the same day. I appreciated that they didn’t delay the replacement into the holidays where they could have charged me time and a half for labor. I highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced.
