Their communication was good. I only ever talked to the ladies that work in the office and it was evident that they know plumbing. They were able to communicate my needs to the actual folks who were doing the work. I explained to them that it was an American Home Shield situation and she was kind of funny, she groaned. She said they were a real pain in the neck to work with. They had to work with the city water department and got back with me each time another step was taken. They were prompt and punctual. My tenant said they were right there when they said they would be. They did not know how much of the pipe they were going to have to repair so they said they could not quote the job sot hey priced it by time and materials. They told me they would expect a certain number of hours from their two plumbers as well as backhoe pricing. They said it would not cost more than $1,000 and it ended up costing $1,000. They had to reschedule because the backhoe guy had to reschedule but they let me know that. They are good straight shooters. It is not leaking and is working.

We have been satisfied with them when they have been out to the house. I think the cost was, like, a special they run every year for a few months. I think it was $68. After they checked it all out everything worked fine. They got out to see me very quickly and they called and everything because I work real close to home. Their pricing seemed reasonable. It worked out. I had a little issue with their responsiveness.

Pipe fixed well.

They fixed our furnace.

Overpriced, did not give price quote, did not return phone calls, did not show up as scheduled. Only prompt with sending out bill. Other than that work was okay.

They showed up late (due to prior job that took longer than expected - not their fault) and due to being late were in a hurry. The shut off valves were installed well, but when he installed the faucet repair kit that I had already purchased (faucet dripped continuously) he failed to install the o-rings, saying it didn't need it - even though I had requested they be installed while he had the faucet disassembled. As a result, it has leaked (onand off) at the base almost immediately after they left. p.s. I did have them install a toilet for me a few months before - thru Home Depot - and that job went quite well, so I'm ambivalent as to whether or not I would re-hire them.

I would recommend them. They helped me out of a jam when the pilot light went out on the furnace, they happened to be up the road and they just stopped and did it for nothing. They are professional and outgoing.

I was okay with their price. They took care of the issue. They did several little things, and the guy was very helpful. He also referred me to an electrician who is brand new in business, and he was excellent. I appreciated him giving me that referral. They were right here when they said they would be. He was really good, but he kind of got carried away with talking about other things and stuff like that. I have used them for years, so I know what I can expect from them.

They did an excellent job. I have used them before.

They are well established and they have done excellent work. I would recommend them to anybody. Since they were only here 15 minutes and they charged $75 and I had to tell them what was wrong I would not give them as high a score for the price.
