Our water heater quit the evening of 5/13 and we headed to Home Depot, bought a replacement heater and arranged for their contracted plumber (Jones Plumbing and Heating) to deliver, install the new heater and remove the old one. They completed the job in a timely manner and were courteous and neat, cleaning up after themselves.
Description of Work: install new electric water heater and remove old one.

It's working fine. I bought an electric one because I can turn it off when I want. It's been great. It is cheaper under the circumstances that I live alone, and I can turn it off when I want. The installer came out alone knowing that he would have to take the old hot water heater out. He had me help him up the stairs. I'll be 70 soon. He punched a hole in the landing. He didn't bother to tell me. He charge me an extra $50 because he had to supply the parts. The professionalism was not great with the installer.
Description of Work: They replaced my hot water heater.
