 + -1 moreWhen we moved into our home in Meadville, PA in September 2008, We were very anxious to get TV and e-mail service going. We started out trying to work with another company, but had a very bad experience. The other company got the telephone working, but kept delaying internet service installation. The last estimate of install date that I got was over a month out! Finally, I decided to switch to Armstrong. Armstrong came the day after I called and got the TV and internet going immediately. We had to wait until I had been assigned an account number by the other company before the telephone could be switched so that we did not have to change the number. They made the switch immediately after I was able to get the account number for them, and handled the switch flawlessly. TV signal has been sharp and with no problems. Internet and e-mail are very fast (around 200 KBps download and 60 KBps upload right now on the Beltronica speed test). Billing has been timely and accurate. The service/installation people for the cable and the telephone were on time, courteous, and very professional. They got the work done quickly and left no mess.
Description of Work: Armstrong provides HD TV cable service, high speed internet, and telephone service in a package deal.
