It went great! He did a great job pressure washing the home and cleaning out the gutters. My outdoor water source is behind a flower bed and I asked him to be extra careful not to destroy the flowers and he managed to do all of the work without harming any of the flowers. After he left, it appears that something leaked a dark colored substance onto a small area of siding and he was even kind enough to come back out and clean off the spot so that the house is now totally spotless. I could not be happier with this service!

He was coming and doing our windows and he was not doing a very good job. The contract was for him to clean the windows and window sills. We paid him more than we should because he was supposed to do some cellar windows that we did not want him to touch so we paid him extra and he was not doing the job right with cleaning the sills and everything and we told him about it several times. In fact they even left without doing some of the stuff sometimes. He is not coming back anymore. He was upset because we told him that things weren't the way they should be when he left that we had to call them back sometimes to finish the job because it was not done right. He said I complained too much because I had it done right. I told him I am paying you more because you aren't even doing windows that you were contracted for and were doing some of the basement windows because we had plants and stuff around those them because we did not want them messing them up so he was getting paid for those windows and doing them and yet when we complained about the way he the window sills and stuff he said I complained too much. We weren't too happy about him. Every time they came we had to check to see if they were doing it right or if they did everything because like I said they left at times and did not even finish the job. I had to call them and have them come back. I thought the price was fairly reasonable. When I had to call them and tell them several times I think their responsiveness wasn't good. If I had to tell him and they had to come back and do it I shouldn't have to do that at all. They were neglectful.

It was reasonable. I called them on the spur of the moment when it was warm and asked them if they would come over and they were here the next day. I think they did it twice; they did the previous year too. They came pretty fast, did the job, and left their card on the door. They were well priced and they were responsive in coming. I will call them again.
