the response this company made to my prior review is a lie and not the situation I referred to. customers are to have property treated every two months. We just had service provided on the 14th of December and needed their supposed warranty work completed. When company was asked to come out in between regular service intervals of two months to continue to resolve our issue it would have only been a month in between visits and I was told that unless I pay for another full visit they would not do the warranty work. In essence they wanted two fully paid services within one month time or no warranty work would be provided. so yes overcharged

Had Budget come out to spray for yellow jackets and flies. I think they got more on the windows than anywhere else. Second story windows that can't be cleaned from the inside, will now have to hire a window cleaner to clean up the mess Budget made. The manager said too bad, he did the best he could and it would cost more if they used a ladder and were cautious. Terrible company!

after two visits and more than $450.00 paid out, we still have bugs in our couch - they have offered to come out again for another $99.00+ but I don't feel like paying again for lousy service. Please do not recommend this company to anyone else. I feel like we were ripped off.

Was not sure it was working so had a second technician come out who said it is working. The second technician was very pleasant/professional which made me feel confident in the work performed. I have never had an exterminator before so I'm not sure what a fair price is. I thought the price charged was high for placing a few packets of bait and one trap around (no spraying), but since it seems to be working I am pleased with the company overall.

From my first phone call to Budget, everyone was kind, caring, and professional. The office staff were very helpful and the techs that came out were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had lots of questions which they were more than willing to answer and take as much time as I needed. My problem was taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if a need arises!

Barry identified the burrows as sheltering rats. He put rat poison in the burrows and told me that this should take care of the infestation in two weeks. The total price was approximately $200 (minus a $10 coupon).

We are happy with the service and the price break you get when you sign up for regular service. I have seen a decrease in the amount of insects in the house. All of the technicians are courteous and professional. They call you with a suggested time for your next treatment, but are very flexible and easy to reach if you need to re-schedule.
