+ -1 moreRyco was hired by my contractor to do the plumbing portion of a full house renovation. The crew they assigned to the project was very young and inexperienced and unprofessional, lacking any expertise to work through problems. Without the benefit of my contractor they would have been totally lost. For instance, their work on the waste stack caused the line to get clogged with debris. They were unable to figure out how to unclog it, wanting instead to bypass the block with an intrusive brunch of pipes. The contractor had to demonstrate the correct approach. Now, 6 months later, the waste pipe clogged again, which I suspect is a residual problem from the first blockage. My contractor called them and asked them to fix the problem. They never showed up. I had someone else do the work.

Description of Work: There was a leak in our living room. The shower drain had over flowed and they replaced the seal through the drain and not through the ceiling.
