Doors and labor were purchased through Busy Beaver, but Royal King Construction was contracted by Busy Beaver to do all of the measuring and layout work and then to install the doors. Jay Tognarini (owner Royal King) made all of the measurements on a weekend and put together two estimates; one for standard size doors with more framing work, and one for two custom doors to fit my non-standard door opening. We decided to go with the standard doors because the total was about $500 cheaper. Jay arrived with a helper on-time on the day that we scheduled. He finished all of the work in one day. The work was done professionally and we are very happy with the finished doors and the quality of the installation I would definitely hire Royal King Construction again, in fact, I already have.
Description of Work: Installed a new standard sized back door with between glass venetian blind and also a new full length glass storm door.

Jay Tognarini (Business Owner) was easy to get in touch with and does very good work. He is very conscientious, working carefully and efficiently. My gutters have always been a problem, mainly caused by a large maple tree with twirlers in the gutters in the spring and leaves in the fall; consequently I had to have them cleaned twice a year. Also, one of the gutters had blown off of the house 4 or five years ago and was rehung. It had recently started leaking down the side of the house. I decided to put on gutter screens and decided to have it done myself using Amerimax #86670 Snap-In Filters (recommended by Consumer Reports) rather than having an expensive proprietary gutter system installed. These screens only cost $42 for a box of 75 ft of screens at Home Depot. There were also two pieces of flashing/trim that had blown off the house and there were holes in the plastic sill of one window. Jay gave me an estimate on doing all of the work several months when he installed a new back door and screen door for me. I called him on Friday June 19 to see when he could do the work and he said he could be at my house at between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22. He and his helper arrived at precisely 10:30 and were done with the work by about 1:30 p.m. They did a couple of extras (like trimming the tree) because they were "already on the ladder" and did not charge me for the extra work. I am very happy with Royal King Construction and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Installed gutter screens (screens provided by homeowner) on approximately 60 feet of gutters. Patched a hole and straightened a gutter that had come down several years ago and was not rehung properly (not by this provider). Rehung two pieces of trim that had blown off house. Trimmed tree near gutter. Repaired a window by putting flashing over exterior sill where there were a couple of holes.
