First I was told that it would cost $1400.00, when I went to their office to place a deposit they puled a switch and bate, and claimed It would cost $2400.00 that I needed to place a $1000.00 deposit. This was a emergency so I placed the deposit. Didn't get a contract trusted their repatriation! They arrived early in the morning and I asked them not to break up my sidewalk! I was told no problem the can go under it. First thing they did was jackhammer the sidewalk I went out and said It needed replaced now. The contractors said no problem. They replaced the waterline and left the sidewalk broken up now all the dirt and stones are falling under the road! I called to complaint and was assured they would have the problem fixed but their sub contractor was busy and they would have the problem fixed. Nothing was completed as promised. I never signed a Proposal filed a charge back and contacted an attorney. My attorney asked for a copy of signed contract and they couldn't provide a signed contract. I feel this is fraudulent and this company Pozzuto & Sons Inc at 635 Walnut St McKeesport Pa 15132 needs to complete the job! The credit card company said to take it to court to try to settle this matter. .

Very professionally done job. We were very satisfied with their service.

We were having waste backup in our basement floor drain (old terra-cotta). Had Pozzutto's out and they dumped water down the drain flushing it out. No charge. Problem returned. Had them back out and this time they snaked the drain. This time it did not flush out. Informed us to contact a sewer specialist.

Pozzuto & Sons Inc left my lawn a mess but it was rainy so they can only do so much. But I think since we last used them the father and the son split ways but I was perfectly happy with their work. I had a leak at my bathroom, Friday at 3:00, 3:30 and I can't shut my water off. Somebody came by about quarter to 5 on a Friday and fixed my bathroom and charged me $140. I mean, Friday afternoon, most people are thinking about "I want to go home." They came by and took care of it. I would recommend those guys anytime of the week. They were nice people to work with. The price was great. I liked him real well.

They have always done great work for me. It is a large company so they can always get someone out to help you. They have very convenient billing too.

Called to get an estimate on a complete gut and remodel of the bathroom. Gary came out, was extremely nice and professional. However, we never received the estimate. I called, was told he was on vacation. Called back 2 weeks later, was told he was on the phone. Called back 2 hours later, was told he was on an emergency call. After feeling brushed off and with several attempts to remind them that I needed the quote, not to mention that I couldn't even get anyone other than the receptionist on the phone, I told them we had other quotes and we wanted to include theirs in the running and still never heard back.

Vanity drain completely clogged. I called them when they opened for the day and the plumber arrived at my house one hour later. Their location is 30 minutes driving time from my house. The plumber was here for 1/2 hour, start to finish. The drain was opened and the work area was left clean.

I've used them for close to 30 years. They always do a really good job at a very fair price. Whatever needs to be done that's what they do, and if they find something they'll let you know. Their honesty is one of their top things.
