What a great experience. First off the communication with John was outstanding and his price was the best. When it came time to do the installation Jason and Eric worked very hard and had a high standard for perfection and the installation was perfect. Before they even started they put drop clothes everywhere to insure that the floors were keep clean and they made sure they cleaned up when completed. Both myself and my wife could not be happier with the entire experience. They will be doing the countertops in our next house. Great job by all and highly recommend. Tony and Susan

From the very start John has explained the process and what to expect. We had a very pleasant experience and pleased with the counter top installation. I got it installed for a rental property and the work was carried out with our supervision and with out any inconvenience to the tenant. It was a very good experience. I got estimates with a lot of different service providers. They were the most professional and easiest to ask questions to. John was very accessible and informative. I had a lot of questions for them. The installers were great, Jason and Eric, very professional. I got the same people so there was a continuity of employees. Jason also did the template and measuring. You got to know the people that you were dealing with.

It went very well. They were very professional, courteous and respectful They were very reliable. They answered all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable of their product. They gave us an ETA on installation and the details of what was involved. They maintained their schedule. We had absolutely no problem with them. We definitely would recommend them to anyone interested.

They came out and made the template once the granite arrived at the shop we went to do the layout. He had made suggestions on taking the countertop a little longer and wider, it works perfectly, more work space. Jason had the templates and granite ready when we arrived. It was difficult due to the color variations we moved the templates around until it was perfect. He was very patient with us made suggestions, he worked with us to ensure we were completely satisfied. Started off that morning being delayed, one of the pieces were too big it would not fit into the truck. Had to be cut to transport. In the meantime one of the technicians were here to remove old countertop. This went smoothly, didn't take much time to complete. Once the granite arrived they began working on the installation. They were very careful placing the new pieces so that the seams were exactly the way it was layout at the shop, even though another cut had to be made. The seams were done in such a precise manner that you have to actually look for them. Dan is the seam - master! The work was done by true professionals. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. We've have gotten so many compliments.

Overall would rate this company as excellent. Product was as advertised, price was fair and the installations was superior. Referred daughter and son-in-law to Lexmar and they also used the company. We have done many remodeling projects over the last 30 years and it takes a lot to impress us to the extent that we were impressed. Much care was taken to protect carpeting and flooring during installation and the clean up was great. I think the kitchen floor was cleaner when they left than when they came! Would highly recommend this company.

From the time they measured and installed, it was two weeks. They did a nice thorough clean job. They are very good. They are very polite.

My first conversation was with John. He was very informative and professional. Since I know nothing about granite, he made feel at ease and comfortable with my decision. Jason came to my home and made a template of my countertops. He explained to me what he was doing and made sure I had all questions asked. When Jason and his co-worker (sorry forgot his name) installed my granite, they did a very professional job. They made sure I was completely satisfied. I could not believe the difference my kitchen looked. It is absolutely beautiful. I only wish I had done it sooner. This is one very happy customer.

This installer was fantastic. They allowed us into their shop so we could inspect our granite before installation day. They also handled everything from picking up our chosen slab to the final details. Even made me a custom cutting board! I would reccomend this installer.

The pricing and quality of work was excellent. Pricing out matched all competitors and no other company would consider manufacturing a separate support for the table section of the counter top. The measurements and templating matched our expectations and our own due diligence. Very timely in completing work and exceptionally professional. We had only one area they we just noticed that wasn't caulked under the window sill. I can do that myself in 5 minutes. Highly recommended!!!

Ran into a problem with the electirc outlets in the backsplash unrelated to Lexmar's installation. Had to get an electriciain to correct the problem. Once corrected, I called Lexmar to return to finish the installation of the backspash. They were very accomopdating, scheduling the work for the next business day.

They did a fantastic job installing our new countertops and matching table tops. I was so excited I had a hard time falling asleep that night and I was up at 5:30 the next morning admiring my new kitchen. From start to finish Lexmar is a class act. I would recommend them to anyone! The end result far exceeded my expectations on a scale of 1-10 I rate them a 10. The installers were very meticulous and clean. My husband and I are both very happy and pleased with dealing with Lexmar. It was truly a very good experience.

Things went really well with them. They were really professional. They were punctual, and made templates before beginning. They went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. They double checked every part of the process with me. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledegable. I was impressed, they did a good job. They came back when they said they would be, promptly and on time to finish out to install the counters. They made sure I was completely happy. They explained to to me how to care for it and maintenance. They cleaned up after themselves well.

Everything went extremely well - I have been happy with the entire experience. They showed great professionalism from start to finish The workmen who came to my home were polite, friendly and very efficient. They really know their craft. I felt everything was explained well - they were very clear about what they could do and could not do. For example, they let me know ahead of time that they would not be able to hook up the disposal or cook top. That gave me ample time to arrange to have that done separately. I was very pleased with whole job. I just had one small issue when the job was completed. I am not sure how it will be resolved. or if it is even something they should be responsible for, but they seem to be willing to work with me. I am confident we can work it out.

Lexmar was responsive and professional during the entire process. John Zupan the sales guy was very knowledgable and patient. He made some very good suggestions as well. Jason the measure guy was on-time and just as knowledgeable. He also came out and was part of the install team. They were neat, polite and worked diligently until the counters were installed. We could not have had a better experience with Lexmar. They were not the cheapest price but were very competitive. We felt the most comfortable dealing with them so we went with our instincts. I am glad that we did. The finished product is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality granite countertop. Be careful of some of the other fast talking granite suppliers. You may get a better price but I doubt the quality will be there.

We worked with John Zupan at Lexmar and couldn't have been happier. He was very professional and helpful. John always responded to my questions very quickly and if he happened not to be in the office, the other people did their best to help me also. John even took the time to get online and help me find a post I needed for the install that I had put off because I did not expect it to be installed so quickly :). They made sure it was installed before Thanksgiving for me which I did not expect. Jason and the install team also did a great job. We had a couple small things that needed fixed and they responded promptly without any problems. That is rare in customer service today. We would recommend Lexmar, John and the whole team to anybody. John was wonderful to work with from start to finnish. Very professional and full of great ideas to help make our kitchen look great. The whole process went smooth. We were pleased with our experience, from choosing our granite slab to templates and installation of the final product. John was easy to contact and always responded quickly to all our e-mails and phone calls for questions. The final product could not look better. We would definitely use Lexmar in the future and would highly recommend them to others for any granite needs.

Price beat any other place we went to. Every person we worked with was extremely professional & punctual. They rushed an order to meet a deadline with courtesy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We would definitely recommend LexmarUSA. While attending the Pittsburgh home show we spoke with several companies as we were looking to purchase a new counter top and have it installed. We were immediately impressed with the company representative from LexmarUSA. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and not trying to sell us anything (which was important to us). He was helpful right from the start with showing us the options the company could offer. This level of professionalism continued throughout the entire process. All questions we had prior to start of work were met with quick and polite responses. The installers paid attention to all details during the installation to ensure our complete satisfaction. Work was completed on time as stated.The price was extremely fair for everything included. We would call on this company again to provide services, as well as refer them to others.

I contracted with LexmarUSA because of the great deal offered at the Pittsburgh Home Show and the rapport with representative Jonathan Stark. They helped me throughout the process, always responded immediately to my calls and emails, and were on time for every home appopintment. I was thrilled with the finished countertops in the kitchen and first floor powder room, so I made arrangements to get granite countertops in the two bathrooms upstairs. This time I was able to get granite remnants at Lexmar, bringing the cost down even more.. Once again I was very happy with the sales, fabrication and installation teams. So, I then hired them to install granite countertops in my mother's kitchen. She is very pleased with the results. The best recommendation is repeat business!!!!

Prior to making a decision as to which product to purchase (e.g., granite vs. quarts vs. laminate and color and edging choices), we visited Lexmar's offices and met with the Sales Manager, who was very helpful, honest and informed and who helped us make the decisions with which we'd be the happiest. Several weeks later, installers came out to make exact measurements and take templates. The eventual installation of our tops was rather delayed by forces beyond the company's control (short staffed due to injuries on the job) and they were very apologetic and understanding with regard to our frustration. The installation process was quicker than anticipated and the tops look great! We are very pleased. Finally, the owner and Sales Manager were very helpful after the fact when we experienced difficulties completing the warranty form for the tops. They made multiple phone calls and email contacts to their supplier to rectify the situation.

They were a 10 out of 10. They were awesome, they handled everything well. Their craftsmen were beyond my expectations. The template they did for our kitchen fit like a glove as well. They were very cautious while working in my home also.

First I would like to say that the folks at Lexmar were very professional, knowledgable, timely and neat. We remodeled our kitchen in February 2012, putting in three granite cabinet tops. We contacted 3 vendors, and Lexmar had the most reasonable price. We learned of Lexmar at the Pittsburgh Home Show in 2010. Two years prior to the kitchen remodel, I was in the process of making new cabinets. The Lexmar folks patiently worked with me for a year and a half answering my questions about the process and do's and don'ts in cabinet construction as it pertained to the counter tops. My wife and I selected our granite in December and shortly thereafter it was delivered to Lexmar. In mid-January one of their employees came to our house at the scheduled time and made a template of the 3 counter tops. Back at the shop, they marked off the counter top pieces on the granite slab for me to approve. The layout man paid close attention to color matching, selecting the best match for the two pieces that had to be joined together.Three weeks later, on the scheduled day of installation, two employees showed up with the materials. The first thing they did was cover the floor with drop cloths and bring in a trash can and their tools. They then proceeded to install the counter tops. The two workers were very polite and efficient. They kindly answered all of my questions about the process of the installation. When they were done we had a dramatically transformed kitchen – the countertops are gorgeous. My wife had been very concerned about how the one seam would look, and she was thrilled with the care Lexmark had taken to match the pieces for the seam, to align the two edges and to seal the edges in a way that makes the seam much less noticeable. I highly recommend Lexmar to anyone who needs a granite fabricator and installer.

Not well. We had countertops installed in a kitchen. We talked to these guys at the home show and were impressed. All the calling and contact was great. Very friendly and knowledgable. But when it came to installing the countertops there were problems. First, whoever was sent out to measure was unsure of what they were doing. Which became obvious when they went to install the countertops, they were cut wrong. Took out everything and went back to the shop. A few weeks later they were back and installed the countertops. Obviously they did a patchwork job. The seams are very noticeable and rugged. The adhesive was not cleaned up, and consequently there is a yellow film where pieces were attached. The sink cutout did not allow for the flipopen drawer in front. I expressed my unhappiness with the quality of the job, and they said to pay or they would take out the counters and leave. At that point I just wanted the job done. Paid them and off they went.
