They were delightful to deal with at the wearhouse. The installers were wonderful also. They were clean, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. It was a very positive experience all around.

John was prompt, thorough, and very professional in finding out over the phone and via e-mail what I was looking for. He quickly came up with comparable choices and very competitive pricing. I ended up going with another company due to an outstanding sale they were offering, but Lexmar USA was most definitely my second choice based on the great customer service and offerings of their company.

From beginning to end our experience with Lexmar USA was phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They understood what it is like to be in the middle of remodeling a kitchen while you are living in the construction zone. They helped us to envision what stone would be the best fit for us and even helped us to lay the stone out on our cabinets to take advantage of all the best pattern and coloring. It is obvious that this company goes above and beyond during the fabrication process, because we had explored many other counter top contractors before Lexmar and found their work to be the best among them all. They even took care of small details like polishing the bottom of the counter tops so that there were no rough spots. The edge that we chose was an Ogee edge which is certainly a difficult edge to produce and it turned out amazing. The installation was incredible, not only were they quick but they also were meticulous in making sure the counters were level and perfect. The one thing that really stood out was how well they were able to hide seams in the counters, you can't even notice that they exist which is certainly not the case in many other kitchens we saw that utilized a different contractor. They also set the sink and provided additional support for an overhang to make sure that we would never have any problems in the future. After the install was complete, everything was cleaned up and taken care of. Lexmar USA has a team of knowledgeable staff and quality craftsmen who clearly take much pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new counter tops. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and with the amount of counter top horror stories I have heard and even witnessed with my own eyes I have no doubt that this is a service that should only be provided by the best which is exactly what we got from Lexmar.

Lexmar were very good to deal with. They were professional and responsive all the way through the process. They installed the granite per their timelines and the guys who did the installation did a very good job although we did have them come back and re-do some of the silicon joints between the counter and the wall. They were happy to come back and made a time that was convenient for us. The only advice I would give to prospective customers is to ensure you go to their workshop and look at the counter templates on the slab before they cut it. In particular, check the pieces that will form joints. We did go to their shop and still had one corner joint that didn't match as well as we would have liked. We thought they may have cut it wrong, but they showed us a photo of the slab with the templates that we approved. It was cut correctly, we just didn't look at it carefully enough before we gave them the go ahead. My wife might disagree but I still think it looks good.

I phoned the top 3 dealers on Angie's List.. I went with Lexmar not only for the price, but for the prompt response and their courteous treatment of a prospective customer. On July28, we made an appointment to select the color counter tops . Because I was member of Angie's list, I received a free upgrade on edging( $300 ) and a free under mount sink($495 ) On Aug. 4 , Jason from Lexmar did a template measure. On Aug. 26, both Jason & Eric came to install the countertops. The first thing they did was to lay down long rags to protect our carpeting. They removed the countertop and hauled them away, reconnected the plumbing , and did a super job installing the new countertops. . They worked diligently and efficiently and cleaned up any mess the made ( because of their neatness, there was very little) They were finished in 6 hrs. We were extremely pleased with their work and the countertops.

I would recommend Lexmar to anyone wanting to get granite countertops installed. They were great right off the bat and made me feel comfortable by not trying to pressure me into anything or rush my decisions at all. We took awhile picking out our granite, we went to all three granite suppliers several times and finally decided on a gorgeous piece. John was very patient and was always available for questions via phone or email and would respond promptly. The template went smoothly and Jason answered our questions we had. We went down to the shop to do the layout of the template which was great and they had it laid out beautifully before we got there. We made small changes to it and they were very eager to get it just the way we wanted it. The install went great as well, showed up on time & finished in the time they said it would take. The countertops look fantastic, I'm very pleased! I'm so glad we went with Lexmar as opposed to any of the other places we looked at!

I had a great experience with this company. From start to finish it all went so smoothly. John was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The workers who installed the countertops did an amazing job, were efficient, precise and cleaned up afterward as well. The counters look beautiful! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I'd highly recommend Lexmar USA to anyone.

From my first contact to the completion of the job it was a wonderful experience. John Z. is great to work with. He listens and works with you to do a great job . He is responsive...email works great and he gets right back to you. Jason came out to measure and spent over 2 hours measuring and doing templates for the 3 rooms. He is a perfectionist and he and John designed a wonderful vessel sink counter top for the powder room. The installation by Jason and Eric was excellent. While these 2 men are wonderful at their jobs they are just great to work with. While we had a few items to tweak after completion, John had them out immediately and the final job is just perfect. We could not be more pleased. Our experience with Lexmar was wonderful from onset to completion. We highly recommend this company and these employees are the best. P.S. The master bath job was a redo of a horrendous job incorrectly measured and installed by LOWE's . When Jason installed the new counter in the master bath he did something magical and the fit is perfection.....

The experience was great. I was able to deal with John on the phone and via email. I had already selected my granite, and I was able to get rough pricing with just my own measurements, drawings and pictures of the space (the layout wasn't changing). So easy! Once we approved their bid, they sent Jason out to template. He was extremely professional and personable and showed us the best place to place the seam in the granite. They quoted me 18-20 business days for installation after templating. I went to their fabrication site to approve the layout and discuss the areas of the stone that I wanted to make sure were included. They also showed me the two areas that were going to be at the seam and how they lined up the pattern. I signed off on the placement and received a date for installation. They called the day before installation to confirm. That morning they arrived right on time. Drop clothed everything. They removed the old countertops, installed the new ones, set the sink, and provided me instructions for care and maintenance. We are really pleased with the counters. They look great and the work was professional.

The installation was excellent and I could not be happier with the final product. John and his sidekick "Robin" arrived early for the schedule installation and were friendly and very efficient. The space was small and potentially difficult to place a countertop but these professionals were top notch and completed the installation without a hitch. The total time was relatively fast and the countertop looks amazing. The entire process was a great experience from meeting the company at the Pittsburgh Home Show to the purchasing process and then the installation. I would recommend these gentleman to my friends and family and hope to have them back in the future for a possible kitchen countertop.

It was a pleasure dealing with Lexmar USA from start to finish. Their pricing was the best of the three businesses we contacted and they offered a wide selection of quartz countertop materials. The installers arrived at the scheduled time for both days and were courteous and friendly. When the work was completed, they did an excellent clean-up of the kitchen and offered advice on the care of the countertops. Our new countertops and backsplash look great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen with new countertops.

As part of a complete kitchen remodel we decided on granite counter tops...our cabinet maker suggested Lexmar. Our experience with Lexmar was EXCELLENT! Sales Manager John was informative, explaining the process and suggesting stone yards for our granite purchase. Jason who came out to our home to template was very knowledgeable answering any/all questions regarding the installation process. When the counter tops were ready to be installed Jason returned with co-worker Eric, both young men were pleasant and professional and worked very well together to get the job done. They took care to protect my property during the installation and left it just as they found it! It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in their work!

Let me save anyone time and effort when looking for someone to install new counter tops in their home. You need not look for anyone but Lexmar USA They are a one stop shop and do it all. Not only did they do a perfect job in installing my granite counter tops, they did the plumbing, cut and reinstalled my appliance garage, leveled my stove, reinstalled my dishwasher. I am a very particular person who often finds fault with something I have done but I have nothing but complete satisfaction with Lexmar. John was the first person you will speak to when calling Lexmar. He will give you the time and will answer every question you have. He will be your contact person from start to install. A very qualified professional person. Jason and Eric the two who came to do the install were both very skilled as well as professional. They worked non stop from start to finish leaving absolutely no clean up for me to do except to admire the beauty of the stone as well as the new look it gave our kitchen. This is my second house that Lexmar has installed granite for me. In my last house Lexmar installed my kitchen and island. Then later the master bathroom double sink vanity top. When I moved there was no question who to call for granite in my kitchen. Lexmar has a sterling reputation with me and I have happily referred 4 or 5 other satisfied customers. Lexmar is first of all very high quality work. They think of things that I didn?t and it makes a difference in the finished product. Second is their pricing. I was first attracted to Lexmar by their low prices. I had shopped at many places and was very knowledgeable on pricing and Lexmar exceeded my expectations. Third is their professionalism. Their entire team is very professional. Everything from first contact to measurements to installation. During the last install I had a contractor working for me that asked me for their contact info.

They were good. They did very well.

I needed to replace the countertop and sinks on the double vanity in our main bath. I was introduced to Lexmar at the Pgh convention center in early 2013. I was interested in quartz. I worked with John and Jonathan in sales and Jason for installation. All were very knowledgeable, thorough and extremely patient with my questions and concerns. My husband suggested I look into replacing our 20 year old kitchen counter at the same time. Because Lexmar was already on site for the bath I saved a little by doing both rooms simultaneously. I made 2 trips to the show room to look at remnants for the bathroom vanity in an effort to save $$. Having no luck with remnants, I found Caesarstone quartz color options for both rooms. Jason came to the house do the estimates. He was very thorough, methodical and precise in his work. Following, I posed my questions/concerns via email and phone and I always received prompt feedback. The installation went smoothly. I have been very pleased with my counters.

Everyone I dealt with in the company was very helpful and professional; from the consultation to the final install. They helped me with some critical decisions along the way, such as the type of counter top and the size/style of the new sink. I did not at any time feel pressured into anything I didn't want, nor that I was being "sold" on anything. Everyone seemed genuine in wanting to provide the best service possible for the best value. I was originally looking into a Corian material for the countertop, but they were able to give me some great options on some remnant pieces they had available. I was able to get a beautiful piece of granite for a fraction of the cost. They also helped me to pick out the proper sink: I had originally picked an extremely large single-bowl style, but they spent some time with me to make sure I was happy with my choice, and ultimately I ended up taking their advice of getting a size more appropriate to the countertop size. In the end I am very happy that they spent the extra time with me, because the result is a perfect fit! The installation went smoothly, despite having to reschedule the day (due to my lead installer being out sick). The installers were both very professional friendly, and got the job done quickly, efficiently and without any issues. I opted for the additional service to have them install my new faucet and hook up the plumbing as well. All of this was done quite nicely. It was all completed within a few hours and I also appreciated that they were even able to fit me in their schedule to accommodate completing the install before Thanksgiving. Overall I am completely satisfied with the product, service, and value I received from Lexmar USA. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service, excellent quality, and great value. I could not be happier with my experience with Lexmar USA.

Even though they are in a small town location they still give same service. They were really great, they came when they said they would come, they were on time and very thorough. I am very pleased.

John Zupan was very helpful and professional in the sales and delivery scheduling areas. Jason and his team of installers did a fabulous job delivering and installing my granite. I was able to save money by using a remnant from their warehouse and having it fabricated to meet my needs. Delivery and install costs were extremely reasonable. I was most pleased with Lexmar's prompt and reliable service.

They were very responsive to my emails and calls. Delivery of product was tricky for my home. The person who templated the tops was there when they were placed. I believe his knowledge made the process quicker. During the templating, that employee was extremely helpful with suggestions and ideas that I did not think of. The recommendations enhanced the kitchen and look of my counter tops. Unfortunately, during delivery day, I had several other workers in the kitchen and the staff at LEXMAR was able to work around them efficiently. There was no drama thru the process. I had only 1 issue and once LEXMAR was contacted, they immediately assisted me. I am more than satisfied with the outcome.
