Description of Work: They gave us a good quote, financing, and provided the estimate and services promptly and very professionally. (Good thing, because it was a big, expensive job!) They replaced a foundation joist and waterproofed our basement, and worked with us to disrupt our lives as little as possible.

Description of Work: Basically, they did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate of the work that needed to be done. I do not know for certain, but I would expect others would have done this for free.

Description of Work: I had an internal French drain and sump pump installed and 3 Kevlar straps installed. They showed up on time and were very professional. The foreman answered all my questions and the work was completed in a day as promised. A little in the high end cost wise, but you pay for what you get. Initial salesman was a fast talker and I learned a valuable lesson as a first time home owner....get 3 bids. I felt pressured into getting it done without being able to get other bids.

I was so impressed with the gentleman who came out, an African American fellow, the most knowledgeable and nice person I have ever had in my house from any company. I have to say I could not have been more pleased. The installers did the job quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I highly recommend this company. Will use them again for any issues I have.

Description of Work: I obtained an estimate for a foundation repair of a house for three of four walls. I was considering making an offer on the house contingent on the foundation being repaired. However, the owner refused to do the repair, and was surprised at how much to rebuild/restore the foundation. The foundation is about to collapse. The Contractor/Salesperson was honest and very fair considering the work needed. I felt the price was somewhat over-inflated, or maybe just on the retail side. There was another estimate that came in at 33k for a total rebuild. The owner refused that one also. It is always good to obtain more than one estimate on a major job.

Description of Work: They installed an indoor french drain with a sump pump, that has a battery backup, in my garage and basement. |Took two days to complete the work. They were very thorough and did a good job in protecting the parts of the basement that were not being worked on. |It has been three months since having this done. During this time, our area went through some heavy and consistent rainfalls which would usually flood are basement. However, do to the indoor french drains, are basement has been dry. |

Description of Work: Provided structural support to my detached garage. Rear wall was stepping and bowing and side wall was bowing from earth and water pressure. This will be inspected by a PA Engineer and be certified as sound. The team of three led by Tony, were prompt, polite, and efficient.

Following a detailed analysis of the problem they presented a comprehensive remediation proposal which I accepted. | |Their work was excellent, communications were timely and I am very satisfied. Description of Work: Did not use this service, pricing was way above our anticipated budget. We knew it would be a substantial amount but had no idea it would cost what we were quoted. Very professional though, just wish they were better with a price.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $49 for basement waterproofing inspection and analysis. They came by to evaluate the situation and try to sell me one of their systems. It wasn’t very useful.

Description of Work: Of all the companies we looked at, the owner of this one is a structural engineer. They were very patient in answering all of our questions, educated us on the pros and cons of a variety of methods used to stabilize bowing walls and presented us with the most effective option for our problem. The salesman did not try to up sell us to a more expensive remedy; but rather, he recommended the method most suitable for our problem. They installed 3 carbon fiber straps on one wall and two on another. I was present for the installation and the process appeared simple so in hindsight the cost seemed excessive. I am not sorry that we did it, it was a necessary repair. I guess we were paying more for the structural engineer's knowledge and background.

Description of Work: The sent an estimator to provide cost of remedy for damp corner in my basement. He was very thorough, professional and prompt. However, their estimate was high. Included state of the art equipment which I didn't feel that I needed. So, I went with another company.

Description of Work: Installed an indoor french drain with sub pump/back up battery because my one cement block wall in my basement was becoming mushy. There was some issues with the drain and they came back and flushed out the drain which helped the water to flow better and not have wet cement on the floor.

Description of Work: We got a quote for a job to be done. We thought it was to expensive.He told us he would see what he could do for us and get back to us possibly by the end of the day. Never called us back. My husband called the office to have him call us and still no phone call. Finally we did get to talk to him and he said send him our email address and he would find something out and get back to us. He never did. This really upset me and this is why I would not go with this company. I feel at least let us know one way or another.

Description of Work: Keystone cam out and inspected the garage car door entrance in the back wall of my basement. The old support structure had rotted and this led to sagging on the first floor of the house. We elected to reinforce the opening with a steel I-beam, spanning 16' for a new two-car garage door. The reinforcement partially repaired the problem on the first floor, though, in hindsight, I wish I had gotten a more thorough inspection of the structure from them, as additional work was required to fix the problem. I should have been more demanding in the initial assessment and discussions of the work. The work was performed as quoted, though there was quite a bit of confusion between the workers and the management throughout the entire process. There was also a near complete lack of communication between the company and me during the process, as demolition occurred on a Monday and then no one returned until the following the weekend. No one called and it was only my initiating calls with them on Friday that got any response. I think the work quality is good, but don't know that I would use them again.
