They were Very slow to do the job because they were "busy". I waited two months. One of the ropes was broken when they installed it, and after calling for two weeks (they never answer the phone) I was told they had no technicians to fix it. Really? You could take my money to put it up, but not fix it?

They are absolutely awful! Requested that our awning be put up in April. It's May 29TH and it's STILL not up! The same thing happened last year and it wasn't installed until mid June. This company has gone down the tubes in the past few years. There is NO COMMUNICATION from them either! I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy! less »

This is a wonderful company! A neighbor who used them for her awnings---which are beautiful---recommended them to me. The owner, Robert, was up-front with us from the first phone call, telling me how long it would take to get the awnings installed in between rain storms. When he got to our house and understood more about our situation and what we are trying to achieve and what we have to work with, he recommended against putting in the awnings. This was after he measured and showed me our best color/fabric/design options. We are selling our house so whatever we do will be for a future buyer! He clearly is a very nice person who wanted to do what was best for us. I told our real estate agent about Robert's recommendations and she wanted his contact information so she can refer to him. This is a company I trust, their prices are reasonable and they care about their customers.

I?ve had work done by them in the past. I called on December 2, and he said this will give me all winter to finish your job. I called on 4/10, left a message and no response. I called on 4/21, and his brother answered and said he would hand deliver the message to his brother. I called again 5/3, and spoke directly to the owner, Patrick Doran and refresh had to refresh his memory. My job was not done, nor on the books. I called on 5/14, and he screamed and yelled at me because of a communication error. He yelled and said it was my fault and he said I wanted the work done in the Spring. They are not prompt or reliable. I am highly upset with their services. I wouldn?t want anyone else to go through what I went through. This experience was terrible and unacceptable. They don?t give anything they promise and they were very rude over the phone.
