They were very good at helping us locate what we wanted and also moved us on to a builder that we are quite satisfied with. So overall it was a very good experience. The price was comparable with what we were looking for and also with other properties that we had looked at. So it was within that particular range and wasn?t higher or lower than what you would pay around here for that type of land.
Description of Work: We bought some property in January and it was a property that Howard Hanna handled through another person.

He is not shy about telling you not to pay more than "x" for a property. He has saved me from making more than a few mistakes as an investor. He will definately get my listing for my own home when it comes time to sell. He is definately an A grade agent!!!!
Description of Work: Sending me new listing as soon as they come out. Showing me homes, pre-examining homes, negotiating sales, and all that is involved with the transactions.
