 + -1 moreThe installation took a couple of hours and went very well. We started to hear a beeping about 45 minutes after Rich left, and he returned to take a look! Unfortunately, the beeping was one of our existing CO2 detectors and had nothing to do with the work that he performed. Even though the issue was not his responsibility, he was still very kind about the situation.
Description of Work: We decided to upgrade our old alarm system to a newer monitored system after a neighbor had an attempted break-in. I called Rich and he was very upfront about the type of alarm he would be using and the monthly service fee. He was able to come to our house the next evening to give us an estimate. He was very professional, and eager to work around our schedule. When he came for the quote, he explained the technology that he works with as well as had a demo of the system on an iPad. I really liked how progressive the system is, specifically being able to set it from my phone. He is an authorized alarm.com installer, and the 2Gig system has been fantastic for our family. It's nice to be able to receive alerts on our phones.

 + -1 moreI have used GREENWOOD SECURITY SYSTEMS in the past 2 weeks and have used them for over a year. We had something show up on our security and they had to come out and fix the problem. The gentleman they sent was very pleasant and I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I would give them an A rating because they are one of the best security companies we have ever used.
