Barrier was professional every step of the way. They were very patient throughout the installation process as we had a number of sensors that had to be installed. When the installation was complete, Kasey, our installer, walked us through how to use our system and all of its features. He answered all of our questions and was very understanding. A few weeks following the installation we had repeated issues with a sensor that would not communicate properly with the system. Kasey came back to the house and worked quickly and tirelessly to remedy the situation. When he had finished, the system was fully operational and had no issues, at all. Furthermore, Kasey explained possible reasons for the sensor issue and told us, clearly and understandably, how he was fixing the issue. They have very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable technicians, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone who is considering getting a security system for the first time or upgrading your current system.

Local company - previously worked with owner's father in 2007 & 2008 installing security systems in our parent's homes. Current installation was done on very short notice - 2 days. Owner, Kasey Kennedy was very courteous along with his tech. The installation was completed to our satisfaction with no mess. He explained the operation & guaranteed if we had any problems to contact him either by phone or email. Monthly service is less than any other security services. We would recommend Barrier Protection knowing the quality of the service they provide.

I had to talk to them to use the same service. The people that came to my house were great. I always think that I have to call at least three times. The person who answers the phone at the actual business is never helpful, as I want. The people who come out are very fast. I have a system that will go crazy if someone breaks in, but it's not on a phone line that will go directly to them or to the police. The workers who came out were very helpful. I called them and asked them to come out to show me because they gave me a book that wasn't helpful. A few techs came out and they were very helpful. One call that I did, I asked for the signs in my yard, so people could see it. I wanted new stickers and the responsible person was of no help. Whenever I have techs come out and assist me, they were very helpful. They gave me the stuff right away and showed me how to put batteries in. They walked through the keypad with me. They were awesome.

They have been in business a long time, and they are good. They are local and respond very quickly and have great prices.
