Al Deaugustine Electric

Al rain a new outlet in the cabinet above the stove and properly ran wire from microwave in the above cabinet. He came out immediately after calling him and was done within the hour.

On date of install, Al called (after the install time) to say he couldn't make it due to some errands with his family that took longer than expected. (buying a car) No problem, we rescheduled for later in the week. On reschedule day- he just didn't show up. Or call. So we found another electrical professional- Erik with Renaissance Electric. Erik did an ok job; and we wrote an extensive review for them here on Angie's List. I won't rate anyone an F, and maybe Al DeAugustine does good work- we can't say. Didn't work out for us. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend here outside of Pittsburgh. Service professionals for all kinds of fields of work don't return calls- you have to track them down.

Had Al run a second porch light. He took many hours taking the time to properly fish it through the wall and wire it properly to the switch. He has great attention to detail and is a perfectionist with his work. He is a great value and I will continue to use him in the future. I highly recommend him!
