I phoned them and explained what services I needed. They gave me an appointment. Nobody showed up for the appointment, and nobody alerted me nor called. I left a message asking what happened, and nobody called back.

John fixed broken spray heads and quickly got my system up and running even though it had been shut down for a year. His crew extended the system to reach more of my flower beds. They worked quickly and carefully and left the yard in good condition. You wouldn't have known that they had been digging in the yard at the end of the day. I was very happy with the work.

They came out to start up the sprinkler system, and that part of our experience went well. However, when we wanted to make changes to our sprinklers and we asked them to come back to do that, they never responded. Multiple calls to their office went unanswered. We will not use them again.

Installation went very well. No complications and work completed within a few days. Very polite staff. Would hire again.

When we called them for issues that needed to be remedied , they didn't return our calls. We always left a message on their answering service and our call was never returned. We called many times and had to chase them down on the street. They said that they would send someone, which they have not done. We Called another company to make the changes that we needed and they responded with a service date the same day. They came two days later. The work that Affordable Irrigation Inc did was acceptable, but to make the needed changes, they never responded. We ended up having to water ourselves with a hose until the new company came and remedied the situation I would not use Affordable Irrigation again.

Went well with no problems. Very professional.

They are not expensive. They are reliable, efficient, friendly and fair. They are good business people and are good to the customers. If there are any issues we just need to call and they will call us back.
