Fantastically

Because I never heard back from Plyler or the door manufacturer's rep, I installed a steel support across the base of the door, and that helped with the flexing and splitting of the metal sheathing. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the whole happening.

Matt from Plyler was very helpful. He arrived on time, was very professional, and even went out of his way to point out some mold on a board inside the garage and pointed out where there was some paneling pulled away on the outside that was likely causing the issue. A very positive experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else looking for similar work.

installation went well they said it would be two hours to complete and they where right they where to arrive at 8 they got here at 830ish they work quickly but their conversation between the workers could of had a lot less F words glad my kids where in school. over all i was happy with the job and clean up.

We had called for replacing battery on 2 of 3 garages door openers, but we decided to do all 3. Person who came was efficient and helpful, replaced bulb on the opener. Also checked the sensor to make sure working appropriately. For 3 door garage and one is oversized labor was only $89.

It went great. The guy was real courteous and I think he did a great job. Plus, I especially like that he didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need. A couple of side-comments. First, they did ask me to remove all the cars from the garage. That makes perfect sense, but I would have preferred if they told me ahead of time. Second, I asked them to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the door, but they didn't have the right kind on the truck. I can't really blame them for that, and the serviceman was super nice about it. I think they would have done another service call for free to finish it up, so definitely can't complain. When I mentioned the weather stripping on the phone call, they probably should have said something like, and quot;Sure, and if we don't have all the supplies on the truck, then we'll come back free of charge,and quot; so that I at least knew what to expect. Again, can't really complain because they were just so nice and helpful. So, overall, I'd highly recommend Plyer. In some other places I've lived, the garage door servicemen were real trouble. But I felt very comfortable with Plyer and was real happy with my choice.

Installed a new Garage door Opener.

We were always calling the shots, opinions mattered, and they made us very comfortable inan area in which we had no knowledge. They completed it in record time and we could not be happier

The Plyler representative arrived punctually and, out of three proposals, provided the least expensive price for the quality of door we wanted(8' wide, insulated, steel door with one window). The two installers arrived on time, removed the old doors, and had the 3 doors installed in 4 1/2 hours. The job was executed accurately, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was good. They came out and told us what the problem was and it was very old garage door opener so the parts were no longer existent so we had to get a new one. They ordered it and came out and installed it and that was it.

Excellent. Crew was on time, called before arriving, submitted proposal before starting work, gave free estimates, knowledgable, and intstalled door in an hour. End result was a brand new functional door that works great! The crew also replaced all the hardware including tracks, bearings, spring, light bulbs, remotes and programmed outdoor security panel. The crew worked diligently, was friendly and overall knew everything about garage doors. They even showed me where to oil hinges, spring and bearings! They also cleaned up after themselves.
